I wanted to catch a Padres game while I was there, but they go on the road that whole week....once they get the program schedule together I have to put my panel schedule together....

So my friend and his fiance wanted to go....I was trying to be a good friend and let them crash with me as the room has a pull out sofa....first the fiance is not sure if she wants to go or not, and he's complaining about how miserable she'll be if he goes and then they don't even want to give me anywhere near half for the room...

Ima go with a good friend and my girlfriend. i went twice last year, got saw some awesome stuff, took some pics with celebrities, had a f'ing great time


since i actually live IN san diego itll be a easy. this year we're all going to volunteer. i think its like three hours of volunteering and then you get the rest of the day free, and we're gonna go every day, baby...

No. not yet....they start posting events around beggining of June, but the full schedule usually doesn't go up until about 2 weeks prior....

well the big events are more of what i look to.. saturday is usually the biggest day...

last year i centered it around 2 things... marvel studios: hulk and ironman presentation and after hasbro put out there toys.

soo i'm just waiting to see what movies are going to be there on what days and then decide

I did the Heroes panel on Saturday also did Superman: Doomsday the night before, got there early and sat through the Bionic Woman pilot and some other BS TV guide panel to see it....Well a lot of what was hyped last year is released already and there really isn't a lot planned for 2009, that we know of, except for GI JOE....

well i figured likely candidates would be ...

heroes (again)
watchmen
spirit
possibly wolverine?
and maybe some marvel studio announcement, but i doubt it would be anything big unless there starting filming thor, or ironman 2... or spider-man 4

To be 100 percent honest, this year I am mostly going for books and trades and comic panels...I did the media (TV, movies) thing last year....
