yea im only on Vikings side becuase i hate the cowboys with a passion

There will be some Brett Favre ass kissing during the game.

For the love of god Brett, make up your mind and stick with that decision. Don't flip flop because it makes you look bad.

So what happens to the players on the Super Bowl teams selected to play in the worthless piece of crap called the Pro Bowl?

I think the reasoning was that the Superbowl should be the last played NFL game. Moving from Hawaii is a detriment to the half of the Pro Bowl's general appeal tho. But moving the game inbetween as an appitizer to the big game is not totally a bad idea, but w/ most of the voted players possibly not even going, and roster being filled w/ alternentes, seems 1 step forward 2 back.

I don't know what you can do to the players-if they decide to pass enmasse on the game, but I think they should continue it. I am pro Pro-Bowl, it was always kitchy to watch, and plenty of COLTS players have been in it over the years. MEH..

GO VIKFARVEINGS

Defensive stands like that will win Minnesota this game if their offense gets a jumpstart.

But Madden's not commentating this game. :hehe:
If ever there was a man-crush, it would be Madden's love for Bret Favre.

Frank Caliendo was Madden.....and showed his love of Favre.

Again though I won't believe Favre is retired for good until the 2010 season starts and he is not on the field during the first week of games.

Well, it's not like it's easy to hate the Mavericks (unless you are a rival fan), Stars or Rangers. In fact, the Rangers suck so much, it's really hard to hate them.

All he's going to do in the offseason is retire, unretire six weeks later, retire again and then unretire again a day before the season starts, only to retire during the Vikings bye week next season and then unretire the next day.

Yeah he will be in a Bears uniform next year.

Tell me this week's lottery numbers.

That's definitely a possibility.

If the Vikings win today then I shall root for all Away Teams just to hopefully see an Away Team win

I think it's definitely showing how important home field advantage is, especially in a dome where the noise is absolutely insane. Dallas can't finish a drive so far. Fumbles, missed field goals. Where the Vikings are putting up touchdowns, the Cowboys are putting the ball on the turf of only knocking in a field goal. That front seven of Minnesota is just eating them alive right now.

Just like the Ravens last night.

for the Mavs i dont really care unless they face the Nicks, but seeing how they suck for so many years i dont watch basketball that much

Exactly. It's strange how a near copy this game is of the Colts/Ravens game last night.

And it's a ludacris idea to take away home field advantage. One round of the playoffs, a trend does not make. Teams win on the road all the time and playing at home is the reward for playing well in the regular season.
