I saw Julius Peppers today at the airport Lol. I didn't know he made it to the Pro-Bowl

Hey NYS,

I PM'd my pick
Are we still giving you the Super Bowl winner, score, MVP of the game and his stats? For tiebreakers?

I added those also

The Chargers have all the tools to get the Super Bowl. I just think that Norv Turner will be the downfall of them. The Jets are only going to get better. I will admit, I was wrong about Sanchez.

I agree. Norv's three year extension means he'd better go deep into the playoffs every year and make the Super Bowl in that time or he's gone. By then, that team will have gotten way too old to do anything. Hell, LT's already too old.

If everythign holds up and they aren't as injury plagued next year, the Jets WILL be in the Super Bowl within 2 years.

The Dolphins at the moment don't look a team that's about to break through. They have a terrific coach, but no enough playmakers.

Henne needs to mature and they need some actual receivers if they want to make the playoffs next year, but that defense needs weapons, and younger ones at that.

The Bengals are an extremely underrated football team IMO. Marvin Lewis has had to deal with a lot of issues since becoming the head coach. They're not a fantastic football team and they're not a horrible looking team. There's brilliant talent on both sides of the ball.

Unfortunately, I think the Steelers could/will bounce back next year, making it even tougher on the Bengals. I think Chris Henry's death was still on their minds, along with Zimmer's wife. They should be stronger next year.

Defense is steadily declining. Loved the way their offense looked this season though.

Guys like Mason and Heap have lost quite a many steps, and Flacco doesn't have a home run hitter (like Edwards for the Jets when he decides to catch the ball) and that makes them too one dimensional right now. They need to get young on defense and fast.

If they're defense could step up a notch, they could be contenders.

Their defense is still very young, and a veteran leader like Dunta Robinson may not be there next year. The Texans will probably look for a running game this offseason though.

Titans will contend again next year. I expect Vince Young to be a better QB.

Completely agree, although that defense REALLY missed Jim Schwartz and Haynesworth this year.

A team to watch next season is the Kanas City Chiefs. They've already made some brillaint coaching moves with Weis/Crennel. They were competitive last season against some good teams. I expect this team to be one to watch.

Defense is still too out of whack at the moment with two potential busts on the defensive line and an aged linebacking core. They'll come around eventually, but it's going to take time. Thsi team doesn't have the same talent as the Patriots, but they're following a great model.

Well Super Bowl in Miami, I will be watching it from a backyard in Miami, or from the bridge. It's free that way lol. :D Who else is too cheap to buy Super bowl tickets and lives in Miami...thinking it is just me.

There goes the success of the Arizona Cardinals for the next three to five years. The Seahawks and 49ers have a chance.

Ocho Cinco has a very bright future as a commentator, hes doing the pro bowl with NFLN and is hilarious.

He was talking about a rap song he made, and they asked for lyrics. Prime set the beat; the song he said was called "girl you trippin".

"You want me to take you shopping"...long pause...eisn says "and?" and ocho just busts out "GIRL U TRIPPIN!".

Rich legit fell out of his seat laughing.

So It's an entire region, a people and I guess the law via the NFC Champ vs. the COLTS.

I'll take them odds, we can play heel.

Typical legal wording. Basically says, "I, Civil District Court Judge Michael G. Bagneris, am going to Miami for the Super Bowl, so we're going to have to reschedule that court date."

that and the fact that "Who Dat Nation" is in a legal document makes it damn funny

Should Cards draft a QB this year, sign a veteran QB, or just let Leinart give it a try to see if he has what it takes to be a starting QB?

There has been a lot of talk of the direction the Cardinals go at quarterback if Kurt Warner walks away (and here’s where I insert the standard disclaimer for every one of these items — Warner has yet to make a decision whether he will retire or not) but it’s being made overly complicated by the rumormill.

If Warner leaves, Matt Leinart is going to have the first crack at starting quarterback.

The Cardinals aren’t going to try and trade for Donovan McNabb. They aren’t going to give up draft picks for an older QB who is going to be looking for a new contract (McNabb is scheduled to be a free agent after 2010). Maybe McNabb, who has a house in Chandler, becomes more attractive if he hits the free-agent market after next season, but that’s assuming the Eagles let him leave. But there will be no trade, even if the Eagles decide to deal him.

The Cards aren’t going to chase Michael Vick either. Vick should get released by Philly at some point, given the large amount of money ($3.75 million as a backup) he is due for next season, unless the Eagles dump McNabb. But Vick carries with him too much baggage to be worth bringing him in, and his style (including the fact he has never proven to be a consistent NFL passer) doesn’t fit the Cards’ offense. Vick is not coming to Arizona.

If Warner steps away, expect the Cards to sign some sort of veteran quarterback, but one that will likely be told he will begin behind Leinart on the depth chart. Expect the Cards to use a mid-round draft pick (or at least seriously consider it) to draft a quarterback.

But mostly, if Warner retires, expect Matt Leinart to be behind center in 2010.

Oh and I read about how Philly could trade Michael Vick. I could see Buffalo going after him because of all of the questionable moves the Bills have made in recent weeks, such as naming 71 year old Buddy Nix as GM and Chan Gailey as head coach.

Heard rumblings of Vick to the Bucs but I just can't see that happening.
