Wade and James have to score 60 points together, unless they want Lebron trying to go for 45 every game.

I don't know, it sounded like from the beginning Rome was already knowing the type of response he was going to get if he asked that question, and was almost hoping for it. That being said, I understand the point of Stern asking if he beat his wife, but it was still out of bounds.

Both could have and should have worded it differently. I understand both their points but Rome came across as baiting and Stern came across as cold.

The wife beating question is a poor analogy, because there's been NO speculation that Rome has beat his wife.

There have been years of speculation of the NBA being rigged.

It's a fair question, and Stern needs to answer it....even if he is tired of being asked.

That's a poor excuse. It's what Rome does, Stern knows this. He knows that at some point Rome is going to ask him something he may not want to answer.

Which is why you don't do interviews with Rome. :o

But I wonder if he still beats his wife. :o

When I heard this on the radio earlier, I literally spit my drink out in shock. I didn't know whether to laugh or whatever.

Spolstra better start Bosh, he can't just come off the bench and score 20 or 30 like Harden can

I'd just like to point out that Chris Bosh looks like a dinosaur.

No he doesn't, he looks like an Ostrich.

I got dunked on by a Dilophosaurus, and I can tell you, he looks like an ostrich.

i wonder what Delante is up to this summer? lol

So I'm thinking that OKC will win tonight. I'm still not counting out Miami if they go down 0-2. I just don't see them winning tonight in a pumped up arena and Harden won't be invisible 2 games in a row.

yea me too, cuz it was pretty much all Durant in game1. thunder should play better today

The Heat came out fast in G1 as well. It's a long way from being over....

You know, I thought it was a fair question, a percentage of people do think that, and hell, Steven A Smith asked the same question...Stern didn't get all bent out of shape with Steven A or commenting that "he would have thought a question like that would not be ask from a respectable journalist like Steven A."

Look, if Stern want to dispell to the public, that the lottery is not fix; from now on they should do the lottery balls live on TV...announce each ball live as it come up. It doesn't have to be drama filled by announcing the 14th pick up to the #1 pick. People will still tune in and watch the whole think if you do it live, and announce the #1 pick first up to the 14th pick.
