$340 for NFL Sunday Ticket on PS3?

Go to hell Sony.

Damn, that's pretty f'n steep, then again with every game, it may be worth it depending on your finances.

how can you hate the Seahawks?? what have they ever done to gain anyones ire? ever

They play in my teams Division. I'm a Rams Fan and they are our main competition every year and honestly I just can't get over how we lost to them last year. Jets I hate cause I'm also a HUGE Pats fan.

I really only HATE the Cowboys....I hate Philly fans more than I hate the Eagles, the Redskins are a joke

:whatever: Really?

You do realize that it's not Sony who is charging you for Sunday Ticket, right? Just like you don't pay Sony to watch Netflix on the PS3. If you have DirecTV, and you have NFL Sunday Ticket, then you download the PS3 app and watch through the PS3.

Same here, I only hate the Cowboys and since I live here in Cowboys-ville, It's always fun pissing off my fellow friends.

I Hate the Steelers....just to much history there.

No non DirectTV subscribers can also purchase the package look it up.

Oops, yeah you are right. My apologies. Although I am pretty sure that it's not Sony who sets the price. It's the same price through DirecTv, although it's 10% off right now.

I always ask this when people ***** about the price on Sunday Ticket

what would you consider a "fair price"?

lemme guess....$50, maybe $100

The only people who has a right to ***** about the NFL Sunday Ticket price is when they already have it & Direct TV offers it for free as part of a package. Those customers should be given something in some way when they do that

Well I used to pay $100 for it.

Well IMO, I think that $339 is a fair price for something that many Americans are EXTREMELY passionate about. Plus it's not like you have to pay it all up front. At least they give you the option to split up the payments to make it easier. Plus, people have to remember that with Sunday Ticket, you not only can watch the games on your TV, but you can watch the games on your computer and/or smartphone now. You definitely get A LOT for your money.

I was superpiss when they did this. It's total bs.

I will admit that it kind of irked me when I saw that Sunday Ticket was being offered for free to new subscribers, but what are you going to do? I mean, I get why they did it and quite frankly it was a smart move. That's a pretty darn good way to get people to switch over to their service.

its to drum up new business and every company does this....I work for a heating oil company up here and newer customers get the best price because were stealing them from someone else

nature of the beast

Well I used to pay $100 for it.

Right, and we used to pay a dollar for a gallon of gas. The demand has gone up tremendously and that's one of the many reasons the price has gone up. Gotta love inflation!

For the price of a family of three(and if you have two boys, you can eliminate the wife. :)), to one NFL game, you can watch every NFL game for the whole season, from the confines of your own home, beer, and bar-b-que......and SHH. ;)

Im fairly lucky, I live in CT and I get at least 3-4 games each weekend from local networks in CT and NY
