I love the way that this Steelers game has turned out but WTF is wrong with Bruce Arians? Ben got sacked twice with less than one minute on the clock. New England had no time outs. Both plays have empty back fields. Why the **** is Arians throwing? What an effin idiot.

My mom knows NOTHING about football and she was literally screaming at the television, "Why aren't they keeping it on the ground?!" HAHAHA!! :woot:

It was mind boggling but they had a great game but it could have been MUCH BETTER. The Steelers should have won that game like 38 to 10 but thanks to them always getting those pesky penalties they made it a closer game then it needed to be.

At least they beat the Pats though. I hate Brady and I hate Belichek so it was good watching them eat that loss especially right at the end there when Brady got stripped and Steelers got the safety. :awesome:

Cinci hasn't played Baltimore or Pittsburgh yet. My guess is that a late season collapse is on the table for them.

Yeah, I realize they are getting into the meat of their schedule(week 9-14); so we shall see.

Man, the one time I actually root for the Patriots....

Anyhow... way to go Cincinnati!!! Dalton had a few flubs here and there but all in all they did a great job. I liked that long throw from Dalton to Greene. I used to get so frustrated seeing all these teams completing those types of plays and Palmer never doing it. It's good to see Cincy has the ability to do so now

I'm not expecting an amazing second half of the season but I'm hoping for better than expected... or at least a victory or two over the Steelers :p

That was a good performance by the Steelers. They need to work on there red zone offense though.

Yeah, it's just not clicking quite as well as it should be yet. I think they are close though. This game showed how effective they can be with short passes. If they can figure out how to execute like that in the red zone, they can be so much better though.

They also need to keep tweaking the running game. It looked better today but I think they realized early on that it was something they'd have to use sparingly, hence why they had Ben throwing 50 times (and it would have been even more if he hadn't taken a few sacks).

Matt, I'm not so concerned about the Ravens following their last two performances. They look very beatable. I could see us splitting with them.

Pittsburgh on the other hand...

The Bengals are actually looking pretty good, which I'm fine with because I know the years of sh** their fans have put up with over the years with Mike Brown ruining their franchise... just as long as the Steelers beat them in each of their matchups.

I think the Steelers have an excellent chance of going into the bye at 8-2. I just hope this win doesn't make them too cocky and they go and blow their division games in the next two weeks. Fortunately, I think they're smarter than that.

Yeah, the Steelers need to get some redemption on the Ravens for what happened in Week 1.

The only time the Ravens looked good from start to finish is against the Steelers, so here's to hoping we duplicate that passion.

Just got home from work, and how 'bout them Steelers. 6-2 and ready for the Ravens, oh and grats Genesis on their comeback win.

There were plenty of surprises today, but I think above all else, each and every one of us can rejoice in one thing.

Tebonehead got his ass handed to him today. :D

Tebow seems like a good guy to me. He just has no business playing QB in the NFL.

Should've switched to FB or TE.

What is it about Sunday Night football and blowouts now?

I thought Philly was the one comin off the bye not Dallas.

If I'm the Philly D-Coach I'm drawing a stick figure of Romo and telling my D to "tee off on him" every play with a 27-0 lead. Blitz.

How bout dem Cowboys!!!

:hehe:

Great day in football! The Patriots get beat and the Cowboys get their collective asses WHIPPED!!

I think the NFC East this year should be known as the Four Stooges.
