I understand wanting to be conservative and all but you are 4-6, still KIND of in the playoff hunt and there was about 1:30 on the clock and they just ran the clock out. You have one of the best quarterbacks in the league and some really great wide outs, like Antonio Gates, and you don't take a shot?

It would have been different if they took some shots and got incomplete passes but it was basically like, "Oh, we'll get them in overtime!". And that's not even happening!

Hmmm, Philip Rivers has been avoiding contact alot in this game. That's unlike him. He likes to stay in the pocket. Why is he running all over the place?

I noticed that Tarvaris Jackson is back to his usual self.

He is the worst starting QB in the entire league. Too bad that Seattle will lose out on getting Andrew Luck.

Raiders get a big win over the Bears. They almost lost it there at the end but thanks to the Raiders kicker nailing 6 field goals they secured the win. :woot::oldrazz:

Chargers got lucky in that review...they better drive down to field goal range on this possession or they are going to further screw themselves.

Denver is driving pretty well now. If Denver makes this if I'm ANY kind of management with the Chargers I'd fire Turner right there on the field. The Chargers could have probably had this game won before the overtime. :oldrazz:

They took the same sorry ass approach on the setup for that just missed FG. A 50-yarder is no gimme and they just went out like actually advancing the ball there was an afterthought.

And the Broncos pulled it off. Chargers just got Tebowed...

Honestly, no they didn't. The Chargers just got Turner'ed...badlly. Wow...that's just really bad play calling.

I despise Tebow, but I despise Norv more.

If we lose this game, Turner will be on the hot seat. Hmmmmmm.

Like he isn't already? Turner should be gone at seasons end, same with AJ Smith. There's not enough talent on this team defensively or on the o-line to compete.

Yep, I've been saying this since his 'rookie' season with the Chargers. People and fans have given Norv credit for winning games but, in reality, he's been extremely fortunate because of the level of talent around him. The players bailed the coach out sooo many times. Not this year though.

GTFO Turner!!!

Maybe they would have been better with Rexy. :o

They were better off with Marty.

The Chargers D was brutal and nasty and the offense was proficient while being explosive and exciting at the same time.

Yet AJ fired Marty after the 14-2 season. Smart move there AJ. :o

Marty wasn't going to do anything but lead a strong team to the playoffs and fail... again. The problem wasn't firing Marty (the team had reached it's plateau under him). The problem was hiring Turner.

Come on Steelers! Need a big win tonight to stay in the playoff race! Looking for big performances out of Big Ben and the defense as I have them in my fantasy league and I need some BIG points to pull off a win! :woot:

I know they were chanting to fire Reid in Philly, but I really doubt his job is in jeopardy. Turner I can actually see them getting rid of.

Can't really blame Reid for that loss on the Pats. Young was throwing some really good passes that were dropped by his wide outs. A couple TD passes come to mind. May have been a different game if those guys held onto the ball...

Big win against the Chiefs with Palko?

I'd be surprised if they don't win tonight.

That might have happened too but the atmosphere with Marty at the helm in San Diego was unique.

Marty's playoff record has been less than stellar but who knows how things would have turned out if Marty stuck around.

Instead, AJ hired Norv...

The horror.

...so my Colts lost again. (Not that they're even trying at this point.)

Hey...you never know! Haha. The Steelers have a habit of blowing games that they should win without much trouble. So, we'll see!

They seem locked for the worst record. Next 2 games against the Patriots and Ravens.

If they do get Luck, I wonder if we've seen the last of Peyton in a Colts uniform.
