I'm shocked that the Bills got rid of longtime Bills, Rian Lindell and Brian Moorman.

So both of Pittsburgh's top draft picks this year sustained serious injuries that will likely keep them out of the lineup for months. Oh, and our top picks last year? Well, they've managed to stay healthy so that the can routinely rack up 8,000 yards in penalties.

Oh boy, I can't wait for the season.

At least Shamarko Thomas is still good to go.

I can't even watch football anymore. All these rule changes and protecting of the QB and taking defense out of football, have took the love of the game away from me. It's pretty much flag football.

Uh no. It's completely NOT flag football.

Yeah, I dug up some more info regarding the trade. It appears he got traded for a conditional 7th rounder in the 2014 draft provided he makes the Saint's roster.

:funny:

On a serious note, Madden is godawful. I'm soooo happy that EA's exclusive rights expire next year. Let's do this 2K Sports!!!

Good heavens, did I just watch Ginn Jr obliterate the Steelers' secondary like a hot knife through butter? Do my eyes deceive me? :wow:

Ginn, you epic bust, just be Cam's other deep threat this season (and avoid dropping easy passes and running crappy routes) and I'll get your name tattooed on my chest and suck... your toes.

My pre-season heroes:

B.J. Daniels, Quentin Patton (local connections to me also - he went to high school and played high school ball with one of my real good friends out here and has a couple awesome stories that are connected to me), and Lavelle Hawkins (also met him when he played for the Titans. He's a really weird guy, borderline moron, but had some real big plays this pre-season)

To much surprise, Ted Ginn Jr. did spectacular last night. Unsurprisingly, Pittsburgh played another abysmal pre-season game.

I am praying that Ginn Jr has finally turned a corner. He appeared unstoppable last night (187 yards with 2 TDs... before half-time). Ted was so good that Ricky Proehl (former Panther; new WR coach) might get a job offer way sooner than later for his efforts. That's assuming he was a breakout season. Either way, holy crap.

Ginn wasn't lying when he said he was on a mission.

I'd temper the Ginn enthusiasm a bit. He wasnt exactly playing against 1st stringers out there.

Hence the 'praying' aspect to my statement. I don't harbor any expectations for Ginn other than returning punts and kick-offs. That said, he's had a very solid training camp and preseason. By the by, a second stringer will likely be covering Ted as he will be our #3 receiver, sooo...
