Had no idea it was gonna be that cheap on NFL.com. Ill have to check it out, thanks Donut.

Any recent news on RGIII? I figured we'd get a daily/weekly update on his surgery/recovery/timetable.

Jay Glazer is reporting that the Chiefs are giving up their second round pick this year and next year for Alex Smith. Chiefs got trade raped in a big way.

Think the second round pick in 2014 I think is conditional.

Holy s***. If I were a Chiefs fan, I would be PISSED. Build around Geno.

Still a TERRIBLE trade. KC should've forced San Fran's hand and offered no higher than a single fourth round pick. The only other team showing any interest in Smith was Arizona. San Fran wasn't about to let Smith go to a division rival. San Fran would've flinched and taken the trade at the last minute rather than give him his outright release, get nothing and risk him landing in Zona. KC could've played chicken with San Fran, instead they were desperate and made the first move.

Andy Reid got played like a fiddle by San Fran's GM, Trent Baalke. Yes, technically KC has a GM, but he is little more than Reid's puppet. Andy Reid flinched. Front office moves were never his strong point in Philly and it looks like that trend will continue in KC.

No I agree. I'm actually surprised that they gave up 2 draft picks. Whomever thinks that KC got the better of the deal is fooling themselves.

In other news Raiders looking at Geno Smith.

Alex Smith is going to lead the Chiefs to a 3rd place finish in that division.

Behind the Chargers and Raiders? No. I don't see the Chiefs beating the Broncos for the division title, but if they're able maintain all the players that made the pro bowl as well as Dwayne Bowe. The Chiefs are set for a 7-9 season at LEAST. My prediction is they'll go 9-7 and finish in second place in their division, possibly getting a wild card spot depending on how bad (or good) the AFC is next year.

I doubt that. Those Wild Card spots will easily be a toss up between Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, and Cincinnati. San Diego has a better shot at the Wild Card before Kansas City.

Brady Quinn expected to end up with the Jets reported by Shefter.

If Quinn can play games like he did against Carolina last season, the Jets should be a little happy.

pooper scooper QB's...thats whats available in the draft, UFA and pending cuts this offseason

Maybe they should start doing this in NY?

If I'm Miami, I'm starting to feel good that Moore may re-sign.

Why? Rumor that Browns may be interested in Cassel.

Miami should just offer Moore 4 years/12M. 3M a year to back up. Dallas has some dude backing up at 3.5M a year. Orton...Orton. I always get Cutler and Orton confused, they both suck.

They had better not. They are better off sticking with Weeden.....eh, who am I kidding? I enjoy seeing Cleveland suffer. They should go ahead and sign Cassel. They'll definitely be 1st in the division after that.

Falcons have released Michael Turner, Dunta Robinson (thank God), and John Abraham.
