2013/2014 NFL Thread: The Playoffs. NOW without Romo!

For the Fins apparently Dolphins need to win to get to 9-7 and either get 2 Baltimore losses; OR one Balt. loss and two S.D. wins, which forces 3-team tie.

For Steelers to get in Ravens have to lose out and Miami has to lose next week as well. Oh and SD can only win one out of the final two. I believe that's the scenario.

Dolphins were hilariously bad...104 total yards on offense I heard LOL.

So, after this week, can we please get over the idea that Kansas City is a good team and that Andy Reid is a miracle worker and instead accept the reality that they are an average team that underperformed last year and spent this season beating up on bad teams while getting their asses kicked by any half-decent team they've played?

This would be ETM when Matt Moore came out 2 play

Then after that first interception & any Fins fans reaction really

Absolute complete crap that the Packers get the ball back after the block field goal. Ridiculously horrible call. It should be Steeler ball, just terrible. Refs should be fined for the horridness of that

Hmm, from left to right that'll be Darthphere, Spider-Gnome, enterthemadness, and Mister J.

Ha! If only I was that young again!

But, I'm not the type that screams for Matt Moore. I'm glad he's our back up, but, aside from this game (with our horrendous line), I like how Tannenhill's been developing.

You know, everyone is expecting the Seahawks to go to the Super Bowl with ease with home-field advantage, but how often do we see someone lose when they're expected to win? I honestly believe someone could go in there and upset Seattle.

Carolina should be feared. So should New Orleans. They are in a slump right now but I think Sean Payton will get his guys ready for the playoffs. Fact is Seattle is a young team with a sophomore QB. Russell Wilson is talented, but I don't think the playoffs are a foregone conclusion.

Either the Seahawks or Broncos will lose their first playoff game. The last few seasons we see the "best" team all season long, and they run into whoever happens to get hot near the end, and they get beat. I'm thinking it happens again.

VERY lucky break for Pittsburgh. Leave it to the Cowher guys, Polamalu and Keisel to bail Tomlin's useless ass out.

Why the hell is Pittsburgh throwing!?!? Run it and burn the Packers time outs! Matt Flynn hasn't been able to move the ball from deep in his own territory all day! Tomlin and Haley just gave the Packers a free time out.

Pittsburgh's playcalling is absolutely baffling.

Whose to say they get in?

Even the Packers could make some noise if they make it. They would have a home game at Lambeu Field. Rodgers MIGHT come back(I heard at some point today they might just shut him down). I wouldn't put it past them to make some kind of run at the end.

I think it happens too. Denver hasn't looked all that sharp in the past month. The Texans pretty much kept it close for three quarters, then all hell broke loose in the 4th.

Well, it looks like a get to sweat it out next weekend...

Still can't believe we beat the Patriots, but lost to Buffalo. But, then again, that's typical..

Meh, Cards have had a pretty soft schedule. Yeah, they beat Seattle, but honestly, Seattle has been cooling off for the past month. I think San Fran, who has been riding hot for the past 6 weeks, beats the hell out of Arizona next week and locks N.O. in.

Also, Tomlin should drop to his knees and kiss the feet of Matt Flynn and his o-line. Steelers didn't win that game. Packers gave it to them. Between penalties and bad decisions, Packers should've won. Hell, even on that last play, Jordy Nelson was wide open. Mike Tomlin, once again, looks a lot more competent than he really is because other people bail him out. Story of his career.

That last drive from Green Bay was some of the worst clock management I have ever seen... I mean wow. If the Eagles do end up giving them one more chance tonight and they still don't play Rodgers....
