The Browns got a Monday night game! (At home too I think). That's pretty exciting.

I'm just really hoping for a good season lol. Mostly I hope rehab helped Manziel and he can take this season with a clear head and lead the team. I think that last season was a real rock bottom for Manziel and with many addicts thats what needs to happen in order to grow and overcome. My brother was a heroin addict for well over a year, in and out of rehab, a few ODs, just a lot of bad stuff. But he's now been sober of all things (doesn't drink or anything) for almost two years now. So seeing the stuff Manziel is going through really makes me feel for him and hope for the best even outside of being a fan or the team he plays for.

One drama free Browns season would be incredible lol.

I've been into almost ZERO pre-draft hype at this point. In years past I would follow this stuff for weeks, now I just couldn't care less. I could tell you something about maybe a half dozen of these guys projected to go in Round 1.

Dion Jordan will be suspended for the season for failing another substance abuse policy violation.

Jeff Ireland moves closer and closer to dethroning Bill Belichick as the person associated with the NFL that I'd most like to kick in the balls. FML.

Watching Avengers 2 on Thursday so I'm might only catch the first 10 picks.

Dion Jordan suspended for all of 2015 season.

LOL.

Didnt the Dolphins trade to #3 and draft him?

One of the the worst trades in a long time, officially a bust

Browns are reportedly going to trade up to get No. 2 pick. They want Mariota.

...and the QB carousel begins yet again in Cleveland.

Jon Gruden says he should be #1. That should be taken as gospel, over college games, off field behavior, psychological evaluation, scouts, coaches etc.

Wouldn't be surprising in the least.

With the way things always go for the browns, i wont be surprised if thaddeus lewis ends up as their starting qb

In the event that the Browns do trade up for #2 and draft Mariota, that'd would be 4 QBs in 6 years or 5 in 10 years.

Browns are reportedly offering the Titans two first rounders to trade up.

Jesus.

This draft is a shallow one. Whoever drafts below 20th is gonna have to nut up because 4-5 prospects have dropped out of the first round due to off-the-field/drug issues.

I love the Cleveland Browns for all the wrong reasons.

:funny: What the hell are they thinking? Mariotta is not worth two first round picks. Plus, I'm not even sure that they need to trade up to get him. I could see him falling. I just don't think the Titans will take a rookie QB. It is not Webster or Whisenhunt's style (Whis is much better with a veteran). So in lieu of the Philip Rivers trade (which looks dead...and even then, I don't think San Diego would take Mariotta), he probably won't go at 2. Then we have the Jets at 6. Only other team before the Browns with a QB issue. Honestly, I think the GM will want to see what the new coach can do with Geno Smith.

Honestly, there is a good chance that if the Browns just do what they should've done last year, they will land Mariotta. But its the Browns, so they will trade up to get a player that would've just fallen into their lap otherwise. :funny:

Maybe next year they'll trade three years' worth of picks for Connor Cook.

Jesus.

That would bring the Browns close to having 20 different quarterbacks since they were reborn in 99.

Poor Mariota, his career dies before it even began.

The birth of an NFL career in Cleveland is actually a death sentence.

Hey, at least you guys aren't The Raiders. That's not saying much but... you know...

And besides, franchises like yours, Jacksonville, Oakland, Washington DC, Tampa Bay, etc keeps us fans in check. Whenever we think we got it bad, we turn to you guys for a dose of reality.

It could always be worse. :funny:
