Here's to the media favorites, may they all be defeated this weekend.

However the Packers and Cowboys are both media faves, but hey you can't have everything.

the Patriots are going to be the Lexington Steele to the Texans Mika Kani

The Raiders going east makes more sense on the whole, though. When the Chargers or Rams complain about their stadiums, it can come off as whining; asking for all new digs from taxpayers when a refurbishment would probably do (like what we had in Kansas City) seems like a spoiled child, to an extent.

But Oakland's stadium really is bad. It's in the kind of shape where the organization arguing for a new one makes complete sense. And they're still sharing it with a baseball team. When they complain about the problems, it actually makes sense. Plus, their is something more intriguing about them moving to LV. Unlike LA, which has the population for NFL games but seems to lack the hunger for it, LV is a town that's almost surprising when you realize it doesn't have a team already. And it's not like the Raiders wouldn't fit in...

Biggest problem is getting enough people to come in on a consistent, week-to-week basis.

The Raiders going to Vegas makes sense, although from the sounds of it, it may not happen for 2 more years? Is the NFL really going to let them be lame duck for 2 whle years? They'll draw flies in Oakland.

This is a weird question - but which game will get higher ratings today - Sea/Atl or NE/Houston ??

Im in Southern CT, so its a bit of mishmash with Giants / Jets / Pats - more Pats as you go north

its quiet here, I live in a relatively peaceful suburbish type place right outside New Haven, CT (where Yale is)

Falcons vs Seahawks -- Falcons

Cheaters vs Texans -- Cheaters

Cowboys vs Packers -- Cowboys

Chiefs vs Steelers -- Chiefs (people are severely underestimating the HFA Arrowhead gives the Chiefs. And Big Ben is traditionally awful on the road in the playoffs)

My picks for tonight.

Seahawks - 24
Falcons - 30

Patriots - 21
Texans - 10

It would be like the Pats to not cover to piss off as many people as possible. :hehe:
