J. Crew (I admit they're a bit in the pricey side) has a slim line that is cut for more slim people, and H&M almost usually fits pretty well in both t-shirts and shirts. Cheap, too.

It's not all the way around, just on the sides. The hair on top and partially on the sides is a bit longer.

No prob. That's exactly my size too. I'm about 5'8", 140 lbs. XS is a must for shirts. It can be difficult to find some stuff, I agree. T-shirts I like a more loose fit so I go with a small at h&m.
