Yes, but marvel just makes Peter into a man child and an idiot even straying away from MJ.

I believe MJ left of her own accord in the comics recently.

Man child? :lmao:

I meant I just don't want an entire series with spiderman as just a teen. I like to see him grow up, take care of his family, get a girl, get married, etc.

That's why I said, if they get a young enough actor they can do all of that.

TEEN-COLLEGE STUDENT-ADULT

They could do all of it.

Yeah but we do need some motivation as to why they hate spiderman.

And they can give us one... in the movie.

Also, we don't know if they're coming together to kill Spider-Man in the TASMverse yet, since Harry was forming them before Spider-Man returned.

Yeah, I have no idea why Harry ever wanted them? This could've worked well in an after credits scene with Harry hearing that spiderman is back and wants to kill him. Eh, at this point I just want a good spiderman movie for once

And it was done stupid, poorly and forcefully

Man child? :lmao:

Like as Peter he behaves really immature and Incredibly stupid

Yeah, that could work. Spiderman dies always work best on tv than in movies.

That's the thing... we don't know what they're planning. For all we know, Harry wants the Six to steal Easter Eggs or something. No idea.

I don't even want a good Spider-Man movie, I just want a good movie overall.

The thing is, it still happened.

I know what man-child means. It's just a part of Peter's personality, he's a joyful and lighthearted character, not immature. Granted, they do exaggerate those aspects and make him seem immature, but really he's not.

In a perfect world, I want a young star to embrace Spider-Man and show his progression from about 17 or 18 to around 28 years old, with a film being released every two years or so.

Also, a closer depiction of Peter's relation with his classmates, Gwen and MJ as friends, possibly even showing Peter eventually get married, and more from the Daily Bugle arc where everyone turns on Spider-Man would be nice.

However, I feel like after this series finishes, people will need an entirely new reboot with elements from his stories that have never been shown on screen before. Something entirely new.

What if they made a Spider-Man movie set in the 60s? We'd see Peter look like this:

:woot:

The thing is, it still happened.

Clone saga, sins past, the other(though i enjoyed that arc), OMD, and OMIT happened and look at how that all turned out-_-

And that's why they need to be more careful with that.

Nah he works best on tv with how huge his growth and development is even with his relationship with other characters. The characters also have their own development as well. It's just a soap opera and that's why spiderman needs his own show. I don't want an entire trilogy of Peter slowly aging

Yeah... but they still happened. So, what's your point?

He could work just as well in a movie series if they planned it out correctly. Cast young actors....

Do you have to ask?

Yeah but looking into those movies you see they have several stories and the movies are very long and when reading the comics he does work well in a television series. With a good director I expect David Fincher should do

Yes, I do.

He could work well in both a TV show and movie series, it's just a matter of figuring out how to pull it off. A TV show is much easier, but I'd rather have Spider-Man movies.

Did you know that Fincher was originally offered to direct a Spider-Man movie in 1999 but turned it down? His ideas were pretty cool.

That realization surged after watching that deleted scene where he's sat on the edge of a building looking over the city.

Fabulous

Yes, I do.

Well whatever. I just hope marvel would not play around with MJ and make some ******** interview saying that "OMD is an important mythos. Having spiderman married would ruin his character" or some other unbelievable hypocritical nonsense.

Yeah you're right. I just like to see certain developments like flash, flash and Betty, hobgoblin, Ned Leeds, etc. but they'll do we'll on the movies. Hopefully the third film does well. Really hope they hire great writers who like you said care about the wall crawler.

I've seen it and that wouldve been legen...wait for it.... DARY! I just wonder who would've played Peter Parker.

It's also ironic how his Film The social network had andrew garfield in it.
