30 Rock

As soon as Frank said what movie he was making a sequel to, I busted out laughing.

Wait a minute...Glover sang the full Werewolf Barmitzvah? If so wow...that sounds exactly like Tracy.

Didn't even know there was going to be a live episode last night. Pleasantly surprised.

"Have some bacon. It'll lubricate your heart!"

Last night was epic. Poor John Hamm; I wonder how they talked him into being in an Amos-and-Andy type sketch.

One of my favorite Glover cameos on 30 Rock

Last night was his best!

If Community is canceled, he has to rejoin the 30 Rock writing team or even join the cast for their last season!

Live TV must never go away.

Fantastic live episode, they kept Jon Hamm under wraps but I was still expecting him but Paul McCartney was a great surprise cameo.

my tv cut right at his cameo, actually when Jimmy Fallen was making his cameo (with Fred Armistan in the background). I was laughing out loud and cut.. dang it.

On the West Coast feed, Kim Kardashian cameoed instead of Paul McCartney and Brian Williams took the place of Jon Hamm for the news report bit.

Good thing I did not see that since Kim is a talentless hack, like all of her family is.

Was the "Kenneth" in one of the flashbacks supposed to be Kenneth or the actor playing the role of a Paige during the flashback?

I know Kenneth is very ambiguous about his age

Glad I got the better version with McCartney. It's hard to tell if Baldwin's shocked look was genuine.

Based on previous episodes I would say its Kenneth.

I feel like Baldwin made that exact same face when McCartney dropped in on one of his SNL hosting gigs. Maybe that's just his "McCartney face." :woot:

At the very least I expect Baldwin didn't anticipate the slap to the face. Or maybe they kept it secret, I could see Lorne Michaels and Fey doing that to Baldwin.

My favorite part of the episode was when Jack and Pete looked at each other and started kissing. Paul McCartney showing up again had me laughing enough as it is, that sent me over the edge.

Jon Hamm was amazing. And it was hilarious how Fred Armisan forced a classic Jimmy Fallon breaking character moment.

Deadline:
NBC’s ’30 Rock’ Nears Final-Season Renewal
By NELLIE ANDREEVA

It looks like NBC’s 30 Rock will be back for a likely-abbreviated seventh and final season. I hear the Emmy-winning comedy has closed deals with its key high-level writers to return for what is expected to be a final season of 13-14 episodes. Among those who have signed on to go back are co-executive producers Jack Burditt and Josh Siegal & Dylan Morgan. As for NBC’s other bubble comedies, newbie Whitney does not appear likely to return. Fellow freshman Up All Night has been looking a little better but its executive producer Jon Pollack just moved to NBC’s newly picked up comedy series Go On as a co-executive producer. Is this a bad sign for the future of the family comedy starring Christina Applegate or just a case of staff turnover? As for veterans Community and Parks & Recreation, the former’s chances are considered 50-50, Parks & Rec‘s higher that that.

It's gonna be a sad day when I know there will never be another new episode of 30 Rock :csad:

With Whitney likely to be canceled, I wonder if there will be a storyline next season where Jonathan tries to get his job back as Jack's assistant.

"Jack, I was married to a white lady for a while, but I came to my senses, and I want to come back!"
