Yes sir. Gwen is in the pantheon of characters who have stayed dead. Uncle Ben, Janet Van Dyne, the list goes on. The closest thing that came to a "resurrection" was Miles Warren cloning her, but that was about it. Of course, there was also that story involving her and Norman Osborn's children...but I prefer to forget that happened...
