UPDATED 2/27/07: Writer Steve DeKnight reveals that his next episode may be called "Prototype." This episode is shot 20th but will air as the 21st episode of the season. Here's what DeKnight says in his Myspace blog: "Lois is investigating a story which leads to something she never expected. And a whole lot of trouble. That darn Lois!"

UPDATED 2/8/07: Lois Lane factors heavily into this episode.

Not too crazy about a Lois heavy episode just before the finale. But I'll hold off judgement until we get more spoilers.

Thanks Trip.

So this will be the second last episode of the season?(in other words the episode before the season finale :O)

Hopefully, whatever it is she discovers will be heavily related to Clark.

Gough never confirmed that, considering that there was a change of plan for the finale, I doubt he will.

Ah yeah forgot about that there was a change for the finale. Probably so they can go on to Season 8 :ninja:

DeKnight revealed it on his blog.

The finale was supposed to serve as a backdoor pilot for the JL, but Dawn Ostroff and those above her didn't want that, so plans changed.

Bizarro? He was an early clone of Superman, a "prototype" so to speak...

DeKnight revealed it on his blog.

what hasnt she screwed up in the time she's been in charge of the CW? Let's see. the most successful show on your netowrk is based on a superhero. The biggest new show on any network this season is based on people with super powers. NOTICE ANY TREND HERE DAWN?????

While I'm ALL for having more Lois, I don't want any more dreck like Lucy. That was horrible, and unfortunately remembered as a very Lois-centric ep. :(

Gone, Hydro, and Crimson, however... bring it ON! Anything involving her development - and Clark's reaction and interaction with that - is episodic gold as far as I'm concerned. It's taking the show in what I feel to be the right direction.

I don't think anyone should panic just yet until we see some spoilers to find out exactly what's going be going on in it....

I liked most of the Lois centric eps so far.

(Lucy was almost pure dreck, the only saving grace was that jump)

I dont have a problem with Lois episodes per se, I think she deserves more time devoted to her character. My opinion is that the episode that leads into the finale should be a culmination of events from the entire season, with the big pay off in the finale.

Having a Lois episode at this point seems like either a "stand alone" or an introduction to a new plot.

But as I said earlier, I will wait and see before passing judgement.

This could be the episode that will be the turning point in Lois journey . From working @ The Metropolis Inquisitor to The Daily Planet (Where she belongs) .

"Exposed" was a terrible episode, IMO, and it was quite Lois-heavy too.

I want to see Clark's development. That's why I've been watching SV from the beginning.

That's your opinion, I thought the episode was very entertaining not to mention all The Lois & Clark scenes were funny .

I'm guessing that's why she used the word "I" instead of "we". :cwink:
