Well Bosef also said that [BLACKOUT]after faking his death, he settles down with Selina. This implies to me it doesn't go down to Catwoman, and the only other people in the story I could think of that are young enough would be Gordon's children or Blake. So yeah, that's pretty much the only conclusion, unless he passed it on to a character older than himself which is unlikely.[/BLACKOUT]

Oh I didn't know that part! I think I actually like that... :awesome: That sounds like a [blackout]happy ending[/blackout] to me. Hmm... It makes this particular scene I have in mind whenever I see those [BLACKOUT]pics of Selina leaving her apartment possible (that she's leaving Gotham and off to meet Bruce somewhere)[/BLACKOUT]

Actually, disregard that  I was pretty sure I read that from him, but I didn't verify it by going through his post history. He definitely didn't say it where I thought he said it now that I've checked, so I may have mixed that up. Sorry about that.

Oh. *pouts*

I would be very disappointed of the movie if all the Mr Bosef stuff is true...

EDIT: Nevermind read the wrong posts and mixed them all up!

I'd like to see all the original posts by bosef before I poke any holes in them. So next time.

17 days until the Russian Expo. Supposedly they are screening the prologue or trailer then. Can't wait for leaks or descriptions.

I assure you, this isn't the first or last time an internet bet is backed with false promises.

:whatever:

Well, Im not going anywhere. And I do have a Paypal account. I'm a man of my word.
Incidentally, this is also not the first or last time someone backed their wagers with supreme vote of confidence. :o

For Batman Begins, fanboys wanted Ras al Ghul to address Batman as 'detective.' Didn't happen.

For TDK, fanboys wanted The Joker to drop into a vat of chemicals. Didn't happen.

Then when TDKR was announced, fanboys wanted The Riddler. Didn't happen.

Then they heard Bane. Now they want Batman's back broken.

Fanboys have a pretty poor track record when it comes to predicting Nolan. So I'll take my chances. And I'm pretty darn confident, hence the $500 wager.
Therein lies the irony. Have you not read your posts? Very confident in knowing what Nolan will do, just as others are with opposing ideas. What makes yours so special?

Even though the probability lies in no money being exchanged (whatever the result), I hope someone takes your offer. I'm too prideful to take part in this posturing... but it is amusing to watch.

Tom Hardy answered/sidestepped the question of whether Batman will have his back broken.

Totalfilm Magazine said:
While Nolan’s take on Bane is likely to be worlds away from any earlier screen incarnations of the character (a necessity to ensure he fits in with the ‘reality-based’ Gotham), he’s still best known as ‘The Man Who Broke The Bat’; so will Bats suffer any spinal injuries here?

Tom Hardy said:
"Mmmmm… Good lead-in, but all I can say is that Chris has a plan up his sleeve that’s not at all disappointing. And that is a definite choice that’s watertight in every respect. I think Bane’s ****ing cool so I’m really excited to play him. It’s not the guy in Joel Schumacher’s film, but it shouldn’t disappoint fanboys."

"It’s not the guy in Joel Schumacher’s film, but it shouldn’t disappoint fanboys."

Is Tom Hardy suggesting that fanboys liked Schumacher's Bane?

I like he was referring to the his size.

No. I think he meant "I'm not the guy from Joel S.'s film SO it shouldn't disappoint fanboys.

Context, man, context. When people heard the ending of TDK months and months before its release, they hated it and disregarded it as fake. I, too, fell into that trap. But after seeing 2,5 hours of TDK, it all made sense and a huge impact (to most of us, anyway).

It's not the ending but the journey to the ending. If it was just the ending that counts, then we can just fast forward your DVDs to the last scene and call it a night.

Yeah, it's about context.

I read his entire quote as saying Nolan has his own version of Bane, but it's not terrible like Schumacher's, instead it's an intriguing take so fans will most likely not mind.

I can guarantee that a detailed description of the Prologue will be up on Collider no later then the 12th of December. Most likely up by the weekend before the 12th.

Why do you hope that? Nobody makes you watch it. There's no IMAX in my country which will play the prologue so a leak is the only way I can watch it.

If they do preview it at this russian expo... there is a chance it will leak.

I'd rather the prologue leak. We might not all be able to see that, but the trailer will be up in HD soon after SH2.

What kind of a world do we live in, where a freaken trailer/proloque sells movie tickets!? Answer: We live in the world of Nolans Bat-movies! Whuhuuu!

If it does leak I wont be taking a peak until I see it in FULL IMAX beauty.. and this is from a HUGE chris nolan/batman/christian bale fan .. but still.. there is something for seeing it and seeing it for the first time in IMAX.. something I experienced with TDK prologue and I wont rob myself of this for TDKR.
