Fantastic review Trip you covered all the points that made this episode awesome .:applaud:applaud

Thanks.

Eric and Tom both did a great job and I LOVED the script and direction.

I'm in love with Smallville in a major way right now... I have no serious complaints. They need more Tom, but if they keep delivering episodes like this one, I don't think I'll have too many complaints otherwise.

oh, yeah... I did.

It was a nice touch... Glen did a great job directing and the photographer and production designer did a great job setting the scene.

Oh, I liked the glasses just fine.

Looks like they're the same ones he wore in Apocalypse, so maybe a slightly more up to date style would be nice, but I would like to see them again.

Just with the way that Lois put them back into his pocket, I got the idea that maybe we won't see them again anytime soon...

Too bad, when I talk about the show Ms. Triplet Jr. always asks me, 'When is he going to get his glasses?'

:D

Too funny, she also wants him to fly. I think if he does start that, she may just start watching again... she's stopped last season, now she's in band and she never is home to see it and doesn't bother to watch the TiVo....

She's more into SPN and TVD, she is 14 so she is probably Dawn's target market, although she despises the normal teen soaps like 90210 and Gossip Girl.

oh totally i agree trip we are likely not to see the glasses brought up again for awhile. Though i really wonder when ever they do decide to make it 100% u know how they will go about it.

I kinda do wish the rumor i remember seeing before the start of the season kinda happened. It said that jorel creates the S shield on clark's outfit and that caused folks not to see "Clark kent" as the blur. That could have easily worked out in the show's universe.

for a second there, I thought the therapist was working for Tess to get some info out of Lois.

Could be - we'll probably see more of her.

I thought the kid who ran out of the room was going to turn out to be her daughter, hanging out in Mom's office.

that could be how/why
lois does get kidnaped in pandora?[/spoilers]
Careful with your tags there - that "s" made it NOT get hidden :-<

For anyone who's interested, Allison Scagliotti{the female Wonder Twin} is on this weeks episode of "Starkville's House OF El" podcast.

TPTB on Smallville really impressed me with their reinventing of the characters of Zan & Jayna. Prefect casting with David Gallagher & Allison Scagliotti as The Wonder Twins . I'd love to see them return and this time wearing new updated costumes . The display of their powers was awesome.

This scene is hilarious .

BTW : Allison was super hot, when she transformed from the cougar to Jayna I melted in my chair.

how cool would it have been if lois was wrapped in a red bedsheet?

I think that as a general rule, the introduciton of the Wonder Twins into ANY modern medium is a bad idea.

yea they turned out nicely in smallville. Plus i have this viewpoint on things. Even a lame character if written right or given a slight revamp could easily become a much better character.

well, seeing as how well the episode was, I for one disagree.

Actually, I was a bit skeptical before seeing Idol, but I thought what they did with them was very well done and made for a highly enjoyable episode.

I loved the commentary on online fandom, with people impersonating their idols online. It was a far better episode than I had expected, like tons better.

I had almost expected it to be a complete train wreck, but it turned out to be one of the best episodes of the season so far.

Didn't hurt that Clark was very Supermanly.

:super:

totally trip. Oh am i too was a bit leery when i heard of the wonder twins going to be in this season. Cause i only know of them from seeing reruns of superfriends over the years growing up. But i was willing to give them a benefit of a doubt since smallville has done pretty well with intros to dc heroes.

Finally sawe this episode. I think this might be my favorite this season

i think its general feeling most had for this episode. It turned out to be a very fun episode.

^ Of course the crooked District Attorney

I just finished watching "Idol" with the Commentary with Erica Durance, Kelly Souders & Brian Peterson . It was down right hilarious and offers great insight into where Erica and TPTb are heading with Lois's character journey, The love triangle between Lois, The Blur and Clark.
