Link has basically been a cipher since the 1980s, so that's why it's hard to write him as a character in a non-game type of story. He was purposefully designed to be a player insertion character. Same thing with characters like Doom Guy.

Eh, Warren Ellis wrote all those scripts. He's mostly at fault. I think he mainly needed a story editor or co-writer.

yeah this is true, but that's if the show runner is havely involved in the writing process and over see's it from begining to end, next to the lead writer or if they have team.

Any ways I did see this said about him not wanting any one from Holly wood screwing up the series.

An animated series adaptation of Capcom’s Devil May Cry franchise is in the works from Castlevania animated series executive producer Adi Shankar, the creator confirmed to IGN.

The Devil May Cry animated series will join the Castlevania animated series in what Shankar called a “bootleg multiverse.” Shankar did not further elaborate on what this means, but teased, “Let the speculation begin. You can read into that all you want.”

Shankar assured that he “acquired these (Devil May Cry) rights myself so the jabronis in Hollywood don’t **** this one up, too,” which should allow him more creative freedom.

hmm I don't know what to say on cause game wise I always mention itwould be awesome of series like ninja Guiden & shinobi would cross over and yeah castial veinia and devil may cry did cross my mind.too as game cross whin mentioned a long time ago in the past.


on the Devil may cry anime I hope they contine from the last on only on devil further into Dante promis to his mother on stopping vergil from taking the path of demons to get Retrobution for their mom being killed by those demon's . in that he would to get him onthe same path as him and his team. and the answer on neo if he's their brother? or if he's virgil' kid?

if the up coming games still weirdly never answer it. cause I need it answered & for it to be canon.

Lastly I wonder if he's still gonna get the zelda anime series or this is a test.

yeah it's a well known fact for gamer that care to look at the makers of the games but some people like my self have had their dream pairing of games universe's crossing over regarles of the makers cause it would make for anawesome game and possble story. only if done right though.
