So confirmation that Rachel really is the perfect Lois since she is actually making David come out of his shell. Both instances of him being active on social media have been her doing.

I hope this bodes well for their chemistry on screen. One of the best parts of The Batman was just how awesome Robert and Zoe's on-screen chemistry was.

But I think getting an unknown to play Lois is a perfect way to start the DCU because with lesser name talent you can really build stars which is what Marvel did by casting lesser name actors and actresses and they broke out.

Exactly. That's the point of a break-out role. For example, Reese Witherspoon and Johnny Depp may have been names before but it was Legally Blonde and Pirates, resp, that catapulted them into stardom. I guarantee you, people were rooting for Jack Sparrow more than Depp himself during that trial.
