This is Marko Djurdjevic's (X-Men: First Class) vision of the X-Men.

Read the article and description of each character BEFORE you vote!!!

Your thoughts?

Do we really need even more Ultimate X-Men? Really?

what book is this from? they look freakin awesome.

Meh, trying too hard. Also, Juggs doesn't seem any different. Pimpneto is kind of amusing, though.

Well, is it just me or does Juggs not have eyes now?

two things threw me off to theses drawings but i still love them the stars on wolverine's shoulders and juggernaut having any eyes.

I don't know if I've ever seen comic art that filled me with such awe. This man is a GOD! Clearly none of these designs would ever work in the books, but they are still absolutely incredible pieces of art and design. I would pay any amount to see his vision in a What If? series.

I think these are pretty cool. I dont like Angels hair and Cannonball all together(the cowboy look is kinda lame) Banshee looks great

I kind of like that idea... However, I still like the Ultimate Juggy better. Still, the eyeless helmet is a pretty cool idea. It could be used for all types of technical vision inside (infra-red, thermal, night, etc.).

Based on the picture of Sabertooth, I kind of see him as a wilderness "white trash" kind of guy... A loner and a serial killer. And his means of having fun is killing tourists telling ghost stories at campfires at the local national park.

Seen 'em before. A couple are pretty good, but some of the designs would really suck on the X-Men. And some (like Cannonball's) are just horrid. The character interpretations aren't really up to snuff either to me.

Wow, they look so amazing. I love 'em all but Cannonball. And Juggernaut looks so brutal, he looks like one of the uruk-hai (sp??) from the Lord of the Rings.

Their profiles are great too, more reality-grounded than the real ones.

I could see them in some anime. They'd look great in action

Am I the only one who thinks these looking completely ****ing ******ed?! They look like they just stepped off of a cheap rap video or something.

This isn't "modern", this is "ghetto trash".

That look for Cannonball might work well in Texas, Nevada or Australlia, but not in Los Angeles, California.

Some of them look like homeless people with all of the layers and gloves and scarfs.

Yeah, some of them look like those teenage beggars you see at malls, or grungy trendy spots - always asking for your money.

I'm with Cyke. These are not good by any stretch of the imagination. It's like he took the most superficial aspect of every character, then slapped a coat of ghetto fab on top. There's no substance or character to any of these designs, and on top of that, some of the designs themselves are just plain terrible.

I really despise the way he ghetto-fabulized Bishop like that. Bad enough people of color have a hard time defeating stereotypes, this only perpetuates matters.

As for the other characters, they all look like an assortment of carnival players, euro-trash, punk rockers, pimps, and miscreants of an uncool wannabe poser society.

wtf is this for? Is it a comic?

Nice drawings, but the characterizations are just way too far removed. I don't like the way Colossus is reimagined and Beast and Nightcrawler are just horrible! Kurt as a devil worshipper!? No Thanks!:down
