Yeah hes definately capable of it. I just feel that, considering he was only originally going to write 2 arcs, danger being the best he could do for X-Men was disapointing.
It would be a shame if we get another year of his comics and still feel that he has been holding back.
Great writers are remembered for creating new twists or developments that people like.

On the other hand, some writers do try new stuff and still get forgotten, e.g. Seagle. Although his run wasn't that new or anything.

Yeah he thinks and reacts extremly fastly.

Wow CC. You mentioned this board and now I feel a bit nostalgic. So what's everyone's opinions of the direction of the X-Men of late? Some random thoughts are as follows...

1) I love that Cyclops is in charge.
2) I hate how Cyclops is doing while in charge.
3) I still hate Emma Frost... even after all this time.
4) Jury's still out on San Fransisco
5) X-Force annoyed me at first but is quickly becoming my favorate X-Title.
6) I still love the students! New Mutants/New X-Men: Academy X/ New X-Men/ Young X-Men.
7) I miss the heroic Bishop. I hate what's become of him.
8) And I miss Nate Grey too
9) I LOVED seeing Warlock (New Mutants one) in Nova recently. Dude was one of the heros of Annihilation: Conquest!
10) New Warriors was great... now lets bring some of these kids home to keep building!
11) I kinda miss the Orphan (I'm with you Hellion)
12) Sadly, I can't get excited about 90% of the X-Titles anymore
13) But I am definately looking forward to War Of Kings! Go Go Havoc!
14) I want more Prodigy (David)!
15) I see no point in Astonishing X-Men. Do away with it!

17) I REALLY miss Generation X. I want a reunion!
18) I actually miss the 90's teams and storylines.
19) Cannonball needs to keep stepping up until he leads the team. Dude can do it!
20) Jean needs to kick Emma's bootay... and then not end up with Scott OR Wolverine. Well, maybe Scott eventually, because I miss them, but not immediately. He needs a humbling!
