Reginas? If so, no it has been that length since the first scene in this episode.

If the Frozen characters get popular enough. They will probably get their own mini -series I'd imagine

Heh, they got the casting for Sven pretty good as well, lol.

That was a body double with a wig in this scene.

Certainly a good start. The characterizations for the Frozen characters were pretty spot on, IMO. And the CGI for the snow monster and Pabbie were very good and looked like darn near perfect real world counterparts to their animated kin.

So I'm also guessing that was supposed to be the hat from the Sorcerer's Apprentice?

Very interested to see where they're going to go with finding the writer of the book. That's something people have been wondering about since the first season.

I think I was more impressed with S3s premier but I enjoyed this one for the most part.

The Frozen parts were good, Regina parts as well. Felt weird having Snow/Charming/Henry in the background for majority of the episode but I didn't mind it. Could've done without the Rumbelle.

I liked it! I do agree that season 3s premiere was better but this one set up a lot of good stuff (Sorcerer's hat, Finding the writer, Elsa and a missing Anna). I also loved the Beauty and the Beast scene. And that CGI was pretty darn good especially for Pabby.

I still don't understand how they were willing to adapt EVERYONE but not Olaf, cause you know that just crosses the line of unbelievable.

Pretty sure he'll get a cameo at the finale for this first half of the season.

Nice Episode for the start of the new Season.

Some Spoilers

I thought the CGI affects for the Ice Creeature and the Troll wasn't that bad.

Regina looking to find thee writter of the book to give Villains their happy endings. Interesting even though people don't really want to see he as a Villain.

And did that music box turn into the Sorcerer's hat from the The Sorcerer's Apprentice?

I'm kinda hoping they reveal that Mickey Mouse is the writer of the book. I'm kind of interested in how he would look live action.
Now I can kinda imagine a scene where Regina gets all ready meet some big epic wizard (or so she things) only to have it revealed to be a tiny talking mouse. I dont know why...but I would find that amusing.

Just have the writer of the book be Emperor Palpatine. Then Regina gets into a Lightsaber fight with Darth Vader

Good start. Looking forward to the rest of the season. Lail did a great job channeling Kristen Bell.

I'm guessing that Regina succeeds at the end of the season and that's what helps bring Mal into play.

Well for those who dont know, the sorcerer from "the sorcerer's apprentice" is Yensid. (Disney spelled backwards) it would be kinda appropriate if he was also the writer of the book

Loved this premiere. LOVED. And that was even without actually seeing Frozen characters interact with OUAT characters.

I don't think it's got anything to do with being unbelievable. They just didn't want to do Olaf for the sake of doing Olaf.

I'd be into that.

Loved the episode. :woot:

Didn't even think about that, that would make a lot of sense though.

Yeah I think it being yensid hat would make more since then it being somebody like Mickey Mouse.
