ABC's Once Upon a Time - Part 8

The Last 3 episodes werent really something special.
It was more or less 3 filler episodes.

They drag this all out way too much, and focus on the wrong things imo.
Belle, Ruby, now the whole zelena/regina bonding.

But they also werent bad episodes...just not important.
The thing with OUAT is that the "boring" episodes feel a lot better when you watch the show later after the season is over...but the initial viewing makes them a bit pointless.

Once again, NOT GOOD. I feel so over with the show right now.:o

I mean of course, Zelena and Regina were like bffs in the past, when they were kids and as usual those memories were wiped out (as if we haven't seen enough memory wiping in this show.... then all is forgiven between Regina/Zelena once they discovered that they were Bffs before even when Cora/Regina just tricked Zelena from drinking a potion. All this emotion/love thing are just very forced and unrealistic. ANd Cora's exit was so similar to Snow Queen's exit, it was cheesey as hell! And of course she went to Heaven! Its ridiculous.

Then Evil Charming's demise felt like an after thought. And Rumple's dad is still here, ugh.

Yeah, the show is very flawed, but here you are, still watching. Do you hate-watch? Of course!

People can change, Regina did and she killed more people than Zelena. Regina's love for Henry made her change; Zelena's love for her daughter is changing her and love again, helped Cora moved on.

The worst thing they have done so far is ruining Belle as a character, they've made her weak and stupid by trusting Rumple way too many times. It seems the producers are making Rumple the villain of the series, which is ok if they stick with it, not if they try to redeem him again, it would be another overkill.

If some are really tired of the show, there are other things better than hate-watching, just saying. ;)

Congratulations to Robin Hood for remembering that Zelena was a villain 5 minutes ago, and not immediately forgiving her for the crap she did to him.

God, this arc was such a waste of potential. James and David. Regina meeting the tons of people she's killed. Peter Pan. At least the redeem Hades with love is a fake out.

I agree. I actually quite enjoyed last week's episode until the last five minutes. Cora goes to Heaven while her daughter's tearfully embrace, before Regina tells Zelena to give Hades (f***ing HADES!) a shot? lolwut. If anything, those missing memories should've given Zelena more reason to lift Cora over her head and throw her ass into the fire while Regina looks on in terror. But, I mean, I guess all these pieces had to fall into formation like that in order for Hades to pull the wool over these fools' eyes, but still. :o

It does make me glad that [blackout]Rumple actively d***ed over his old man, rather than helping him out[/blackout], though.

Is there any word on whether we might see the gods of olympus?

If i remember correctly, he was mentioned in one of the press releases for the next 2-3 episodes...but im not sure.

This whole underworld story is underwhelming and actually a bit "unfair".

Charming got knocked out, Emma got punched in the face from the woman she killed...yet Rumplestilksin and Regina barely had any "trouble" with the people they killed.

Seriously?
They both killed thousands of people, yet only one was after Rumplestilskin and the only person that regina killed and faced again...told her that he is proud of her?
At least the blind witch could make it a bit inconvinient for Regina...but thats pretty much it.

This is a thing that goes through all seasons, the heroes constantly need to make up for things, regret it etc...yet the "villians" dont need to.

They could've dedicated an entire episode to that.

Thanks for the advice:o

I rarely quit a show once I start watching it or once I start binge watching its first season.

About the only way I can believe how the Cora episode ended, was that the light of hell. I mean, come on.

More realistically, a season. At least a half a season.

God forbid you remind the Regina fans that "evil" was a fitting part of her name...

I think it is telling the biggest reveal on this show in some time is where Emma got her jacket from. An article of clothing was more important to the story than everything this season and possibly even the previous season.

Good god the second half of this season is beyond boring. Gonna be glad when it's done with. The constant flip flopping every episode with Zelena is annoying too.

As for [blackout]Robin's[/blackout] death

You know you are hitting the end of creativity when you have to introduce "super death".

So, clearly okay to kill Robin off, but not Hook. I like Hook, but that was a pretty bs call. Hook actually staying dead and moving was one of the things that actually worked this part of the season.

I am curious to see where this goes, if the finale is just setting up next season, or just a quick two parter. To be honest, I am okay with Rumple being the villain for the final season. And it might be nice for people to remember that Regina was evil.

Wondering how Sam Witwer will fit into the next episode.

Final season? Rumple will be the villain every year.

But he hasn't really been the main villain for a while now.

He's always pulling some kind of strings, he might as well be.

If Rumple isn't the villain then he is playing close to it every time.

And apparently Regina's going to be mad and go Evil Queen for I don't know how many times now.

Head's up, since this is season final it's 2 hours, starting 1 hour early then the usual time

So Sean Maguire and Michael Socha are not happy with how the writers handled their characters...

I stopped watching this earlier this season.

I sincerely hope the finale tonight takes the status quo and rips it to shreds, because I'm honestly getting bored. They did it at the end of S1 and it stuck, but when they did it with Dark Swan and powerless Rumple at the end of S4, they went back on it a half season later. In that same episode, Hook died, and now guess who is living and breathing at the end of the second half? Tear s*** up. Have Henry go mad with power and murder Rumpelstiltskin before drinking the tears right off of Belle's face. Drop the veil between Storybrooke and the rest of the "Land without magic" and have f***ing dragons roll in on the Empire State Building. I want trolls in Central Park, goddammit. I want Emma to slap Regina across the face and remind her that her s*** actually does stink. For the love of God, tear the rulebook to shreds.

Also curious why they'd have the finale start airing at 7, instead of just stretching it across two Sundays or delaying The Family for a week.

Crap, stupid basketball finals is going OT and not sure when Once Upon a Time is airing now
