    Who is to say this DVD takes place before JLU???? I mean this DVD could take place during it right before the whole Divided We Fall arc. Which IMO would work if they are going to have Lois find out Clark Kent is Superman.

    Possibly.

    I doubt it due to Brainiac attacking Superman by himself, not one member of the League assisting him, Lex still in his black on white suit, etc.

    Your point is still possible though.

    I am hopeful that JLU may receive some made for video movies as well, it's a home run for WB.
