Well, yeah, that's actually my own post you quoted. Right after they bring him to life, it's not clear on which side he stands, because he has JARVIS' matrix as well as Ultron's. I'll say it for the sixth time: You don't have all the details after the first watch. They have a short battle after Vision awakes from what I remember. Thor doesn't use his hammer on him, from what I remember. After they decide, they'll go to the twin's city to save it, Vision just kind of picks it up and gives it to Thor, and everyone is staring.

Is it like the novel where they steal food to give to poor people in their city and then a kid comes to them and says an iron man wants to see them in the castle, then that is when they twins visit Ultron in Strucker's castle?

Yeah, that's where the fight in Africa happens. Tony mentions the name before they leave (that's actually junior novel material already), he recognizes it, since his father had been doing stuff there.

Two Hawkeye questions. If you don't have time to answer, I understand!

1) How does Hawkeye react to Quicksilver's death? Is he pretty shaken about it? I saw you said he talks to Scarlet Witch and helps her to fight on instead of giving up, but nothing about it effecting him.

2) Does Hawkeye have a different costume at the end? In the "Bow and Arrow" TV spot, it looked like he was wearing this when he said it.

Um, just asked my room mate and we're both sure it does in fact take place in Wakanda (which is kinda South Africa, of course). That's where Klaue is based, that's where Ultron retrieves the Vibranium from him, that's what the Avengers are talking about when they search for Ultron. So that's where they're flying. I guess it could be some kind of "regions of Wakanda" thing? It's a very urban setting.

3) Does the humor work well in this movie, or does it go too far and reduce the drama like the first Avengers?

Sounds like they cut a lot of Thor's stuff. I guess Vision will take up the mantle of being Thor now.

I still think offing QS so early was a waste. His powers were unique to the MCU. So many cool scenes he could have been in, but he's been "Whedon'd".

It would have been a perfect opportunity to demonstrate his abilities, and yet Whedon chooses to kill him off.

We should start a campaign to ask Marvel to bring QS back.

Only talking until the very end. Then Ultron makes a move to Vision and Vision shoots him dead.

Just a few fight shots in the end when they're defending the floating city from the robots. And of course in the end shot when the new team assembles.

For those who have seen the movie, how is Tyler/Elfman's score?

I was glad to hear Iron Man's theme from the third movie make a return in the Hulkbuster clip.

Any other returning themes or accompaniments? How does it stack up to the rest of the MCU (especially A1)?

Jesus Christ. QS from DOFP could move that fast. Pietro from AoU moves as fast as a bullet. He can't change the direction of the bullets because he moves just as fast as them.

Not that good. Except for the end scene, not really memorable pieces.

Good mix. As I said: decide on the humor yourself.

Darker but not AS much as they tried to make us believe.

Were fine with me, but it doesn't really ruin a movie for me if they're bad, so I might have low expectations.

Anyway, about that Wakanda stuff I'll not give a final statement either. They talk about it when they search for Ultron, but if it's definitely where they're going? The junior novel says otherwise, so that's not the hill I want to die on when it's hard enough to recall 140 minutes of movie.

To people worrying about Quicksilver's death... If it's as Heroic as Dark Phoenix has made it seem, you should be happy. He's going to gain a lot more fans this way. His death will likely push him past many characters like Falcon and War Machine.

He'll be back. It's Marvel. And he'll come back with way more excitement then casual fans had in this film.
