:whatever: That sounds truly awful. I really struggle to see how this adds to Bruce's story (he has been there done that with Betty) and the reason for Widow liking him sounds forced. People are attracted to a nice smile, good sense of humour, cute bum etc. not what is described here! It's also bad to show Bruce being a deserter wanting to leave when so many lives are at risk.

This is 100% Whedon and I understand why a number of reviewers are saying that your enjoyment of this movie depends on how much of a fan of Whedon (and not Marvel) you are.

Oh it's not even close to that simple.

So what is the reason widow likes Bruce that some people don't seem to care for haha

Yes, he was Barchiel.....and the funniest part is.....it was his reporting your post calling him out that got me to IP check him and see who he was.

He didn't even try to hide it. He immediately began launching into the same lame gags about Vision he had done under Barchiel. Nor did he stop with his weird obsession with claiming somehow Vision won't be explained or introduced even though multiple people said that's not true.

I guess its just me but I kind of like the Bruce/Nat dynamic. Given how terrified she was of Hulk in the first Avengers during that transformation when she balled up like a little girl and now she is appealing to the good natured side of Hulk when he rages again. Kind of full circle if you ask me.

I'm glad the mods figured out that it was him, he was trolling super hard and it was annoying as hell. Under both names. Glad he's gone now.

And the overuse of this face :sly:

I have been waiting a very, very long time... I hope the Vision makes me proud.

Just go and enjoy the movie man. Don't worry about what others say or telling you to lower your expectations. You wanna be excited as hell for the movie then be excited. That's what it's all about! Enjoy it man hopefully it's awesome for you. Don't forget to come back here and post spoilers for us :woot:

Welcome. And enjoy on Friday! I'm seeing it early on Saturday. :yay:

I think I finally decided on doing the same as you. I have work during the week and I work until midnight so. Seems like early morning Saturday will be when I see it finally for the first viewing. Think I saw the earliest showing is 9 am.

I'm sure this has already been answered, but can someone point me to a description of Wanda's final costume?

I thought about saturday too. My sons (10 and 7) wont let me wait that long, and honestly I doubt I could wait that long anyways. We tend to see movies in the theater more than once (pacific rim 3 times was the last time we double, er triple dipped), but I suspect we will go more than once. Very excited, tried to stay away from spoilers but...well, Im here. hah.

Your not alone on this. At first it felt like it was forced but after thinking about it more and more it really does make sense. It's a nice arc for Widow to have her confront her fears and possibly find something beautiful in the process. And there's no denying the 2 actors have good chemistry together.

And the funny thing is I put him on my ignore list both times so I wouldn't have to read his trolling. Something about his 2nd account just didn't sit right with me and ignored him almost immediately. Bet he tries again since if you do it twice, there's really not much to stop a 3rd attempt.

Cool, mine will be at 1pm UK time which is pretty close to 9am EST. Same issue for me as I won't get out of work early enough on Thurs or Fri to see it. Enjoy dude!

Haha, not long to go anyway. I think this one will be worth a few rewatches.

Chemistry is VERY subjective - you see it many others don't.

If this relationship was a natural development then it wouldn't have so many critics (there has been a lot of bashing of Clintasha and Captasha fans complaining about this, but on social media the criticism comes from Hulk, general MCU and comic fans as well). Plus look at the reviews so far - words like forced and shoehorned appear regularly when describing this pairing.

But that Tumblr post is so cheesy that if the movie shown in the cinema resembles what is described people with a lactose intolerance will become ill. :o It arrives out of nowhere, has a dreadful reason for Widow liking him and then escalates from flirting to running away together very quickly.

There are lots of great stories being described for this movie, but this is not one of them. I suspect the disagreements on this romance will continue for a long time.
