Not exactly sure but they explained that SHIELD faked his death as a motivator to build the team up in The Avengers. I dont expect them to go into any explicit details given the impossible nature of it all. i think its something we are just supposed to accept and move on

It's probably AIM. I'm not sure if Guy Pierce would ever do TV, but if so I'd love to see The Mandarin in this. I know he was controversial for a lot of folks but I liked him a lot in Iron man 3. Might be HYDRA, though.

Show is ok. Hopefully they are just getting all the kinks out of the way. The old "nerds getting nervous around hot chick" thing gets old fast. I must say I'm kind of disappointed that the black dude wasn't Gauntlet. Major letdown.
