Loki does it because he's a trickster. The Kree (in some versions) have shown the ability to disguise their look through technology. That seems the case here because he needed nitrogen to fix his disguise. On top of that, Vin-Tek is a Kree name and a Frost Giant would likely be - you know - giant.

Interesting perspective on the Inhumans. I've never thought of them as a dangerous weapon before - mostly because the program had been forgotten about. But it's certainly a valid reading from a certain point of view.

Easter egg: The 616 Kree, as described in early Captain Marvel issues, needed to use Nitrogen as a supplemental breathing gas. That was subverted by Sif saying there were no humanoid aliens that required higher Nitrogen levels. Instead, Vin Tak needed it for his pink disguise.

which is why I hope people speculating that he's Mar-Vell is wrong bc he being taken down by 2 humans is kind of weak
