Not yet, but it will be in a whole slew of major announcements Marvel will announce during the show's break.

Maybe. We have 3 things it can be for too.
Something to do with Loki/Odin, Lorelli and Asgard, something to tie Thanos' story from avengers to GotG and/or something else to connect to Age of Ultron

Well you had technically 4 one-shots tie into Shield activities. One of Phil heading to the Mjolnir crater, one with Sitwell and Coulson talking about Tony going to Ross, and Agent Carter and then Item 47.

mostly SHIELD stuff with one Mandarin follow up after the show started.

"A Funny Thing..." Found on CA:TFA Home release, ties back to Thor (and IM2 as it's Coulson's drive between the two)

"Item 47" (the exception) On the Avengers home release ties back to it's own film

"Agent Carter" Found on IM3 Home release ties back to what happened 'in the past' after CA:TFA's events (which was the previous solo movie)

"All Hail the King" Found on T:TDW home release, ties back to IM3

So if the pattern holds, I'd say CA:TWS is likely to have a one shot that ties back to T:TDW somehow, and GotG might have one that ties back to CA:TWS

I think there could be a more explosive result possibly. Raina doesn't seem at all impressed with Garrett so whose to say if that juice she whipped up was as good as the only one known to work, albeit with mental side affects? Figures with her interest in Skye's DNA and her own research into 'revealing inner self's' etc, she'd have kept any real stuff she might have made for herself to hold onto.

On her comments about Skye. I said the Inhuman's before on her and I'm sticking to that. Raina herself might be a latent Inhuman as well going what she said. Skye's parents may have been already 'Terrigen' transformed so they could taken as being 'monsters' if they had physical mutations.

Would also explain why Skye's had no adverse mental affects to the alien serum at all. Assuming it was taken from a Kree she's already got a little of their DNA in her already.

I'd like to see a one-shot with Lady Sif bringing Lorelei back to Asgard. Then "Odin" reveals his "true self" and states that he has a proposition for her. A Crossbones one-shot could be cool as well.
