Oh man, we have to wait longer :'(

I don't usually buy TV shows on Blu... but that's a mighty fine looking boxset

Also, loved the blooper reel. Especially the "Yes Charlie" part haha
That WAS awesome. lol
I think the only thing I ever had on disc from the U.K. was an A-Team set a friend of mine gave me.

For the Blu Ray... The DVD has the orange glow (I think)

Yeah, it looks a lot better. A blue spine on a blu is the laziest thing to do

I prefer it over squeezing it onto the front of the box... Too many great front covers are wrecked by them slapping the bright blue cap on the top of the box IMHO.

'Guardians of the Galaxy': 5 ways an 'Agents of SHIELD' crossover is possible 1

SHIELD didn't fall at the end of "Guardians of the Galaxy" like it did in "Captain America: The Winter Soldier," but ripple effects from Marvel's latest and greatest big screen adventure are sure to hit "Marvel's Agents of SHIELD."

With "Guardians of the Galaxy" out in theaters Aug. 1 (and go run to see it if you haven't already, because it deserves the glowing reviews it's receiving), now it's time to speculate on how a crossover can take place. Spoilers lie ahead:

The blue alien is Kree
Remember how a mysterious blue alien was a part of the creation of GH325, the serum that helped save Skye and Coulson? It was already speculated that the creature could be Kree, an alien race that plays a huge role in "Guardians of the Galaxy." It would be very easy to have audiences introduced to the species through that movie, and have Kree play a big role in Season 2 as Coulson gets more and more affected by the serum.

Nebula returns
Karen Gillan is already on one ABC television series ( "Selfie") so wouldn't it be easy for her to walk across the studio lot and shoot a quick episode of "Agents of SHIELD"? The evil adopted daughter of Thanos flew away all Darth Vader-style at the end of "Guardians," which means she totally will be back to wreak more havoc sooner rather than later. Why not do so trying to find more Infinity Gems on Earth?

Nova Corps
The Nova Corps might be around to protect the planet Xandar, but they totally could head to Earth just like Lady Sif did for some help about their home world. Who knows, maybe they just want to let Coulson and the rest of the SHIELD gang know that the Guardians are out there doing a little bit of both good and bad for the galaxy.

Yondu and his Ravagers

Yondu is the only character that we know of in "Guardians of the Galaxy" who actually knows how to get to Earth, so it would make sense that he would return there at some point with his Ravagers for some loot. Michael Rooker already told Zap2it he would "not be opposed" to appearing on "Agents of SHIELD," so let's make this happen.

Skye's father
The "who" and "what" and "how" and "why" of the identity of Skye's father (and mother, for that matter) remain unknown, but it seems pretty clear that he's some sort of alien. Maybe his species ties back to Knowhere, or the Kyln, or Xandar, or some other "Guardians" world unexplored in the movie. That would be a broad but fascinating connection back to "Guardians of the Galaxy" now that it's made the Marvel Cinematic Universe cosmic.

"Guardians of the Galaxy" is in theaters on Aug. 1. "Marvel's Agents of SHIELD" returns on Sept. 23 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. What way would you like to see the two properties cross over?

did anyone see that Marvel trailer of phase 1 and phase 2 movie? There is no scene from AOS in it. I guess the movie are not in tv universe but the other way around? Tv scene tie what happen after events of movie but not tv universe to movie universe

You know, I wonder if Coulson's resurrection will ever be made "known" to the Avengers within any time in the near future.

Especially to Tony, who's like collecting info all the time. I mean for him to still be ignorant of the fact that Coulson is now alive and well, it wouldn't make him look very bright.

And I do hope that they have a good reason to give as to why Coulson and company wouldn't want to join up with the Avengers given on how Tony will be more focused on wanting to make the Avengers into more of a entity now to compensate for the lack of "SHIELD".

I've figured since the end of AoS season 1 that a GotG tie-in was likely. The season end seemed to set it up deliberately. Even if not a direct tie-in, an indirect one through the Kree is quite plausible. If my understandings are correct, the show has almost as much Kree in it as that movie did (I think the last one on that list goes with the first one).

I would put that article in spoiler code, though, given that it talks about the fate of characters. There is one other possible tie-in I agree about, but I'll put it in spoilers for those who haven't seen the movie.

Nebula's survival creates another possibility. Karen Gillan is someone I could see wanting to jump over to the television side, given her experience with TV. I'm not sure she would want to shave her head again, though. In addition, there might be plans for her next movie they don't want to ruin. I'm also not sure why she would come to Earth.

As we know from the end of Winter Soldier, all of SHIELD's secrets are out in the open now, likely including any info on the TAHITI project and Coulson being resurrected. It's pretty much unavoidable at this point for the Avengers to still be kept in the dark about the whole thing.

Well...the main cast aren't even in the comics...so I see the frustration. They could have used some characters before they got powers or something...and then after they get powers, add them in as a costar in a movie or something. Marvel seems very hesitant to "waste" a character on a network tv show...but more than willing to put characters on an internet show. As I've said before...a slight tweak to Frank Castle to make him a SHIELD agent after a stint in the military would have done wonders for the public perception of the show, maybe instead of Tripplett.

i wouldn't be a fan of Castle as a Shield Agent.

honestly, would Coulson even want someone like him on his team?

do anyone think we could see daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist on AOS.....even though they not "The Avengers" I would think they could see help the team defeat Hydra.

The details on the TAHITI-project wasn’t in SHIELD databanks, as only Fury and some few others knew about them. The fact that Coulson is alive at all though, that should now be in the open. So, the other Avengers should know about that if they begin to dig in all the leaked info.

I assume that it was so many files that were leaked, so they didn't find that info yet. Logically, they should soon, however.

Avengers 3: Sifting through documents
The thrilling conclusion to Phase 3 sees Tony Stark and Steve Rogers sort through the released SHIELD databases, only to discover something that will change everything

Coming soon

I think the better question is "would." We could see them, but I don't think we will.

Except all their records were erased by Skye (I would assume this was done deliberately by the show's writers to explain precisely this issue).

Tony: "WHAT!? This can't be! They've been tracking my browser history!?! Oh and it says Coulson's alive."

I would watch it.

so, for those of you lucky enough to not live in a country where GotG is released on August 28th and have seen it, there was a little bit of speculation that Dr. Fitz might be related to Leo. Is that mentioned in the movie at all?

There is a doctor in the movie and he seemed to be indeed played by the actor mentioned in IMDB's cast list to me, but I didn't notice a single mention of this doctor being called "Fitz".

Oh, well. Shame, really.

IMDB lists his name as Fitzgibbon. However, given his location and American accent, I probably wouldn't necessarily assume he's related even if he did have the same name.

Ahhh, totally forgot about that. Then it will be hard for Tony and co to find that info.

I am pretty sure all of SHIELD info was released by the time Skye erased their existence as request by Coulson

My interpretation is that she erased their existence from everything digital, including SIHELD-files, all their mentions from internet, their bank accounts, and so on. She's that good.
