Loki
Ultron
Thanos
.... Gravitron?

lol yeah right.

Yeah, only way I see Graviton showing up in an Avengers movie is through a cameo as a guy in The Raft or as a member of the Masters of Evil.

I will say maybe they could use him in one of the solo films though. In Iron Man, Captain America, or Ant-Man. (although I don't think we'll be getting another solo Iron Man film for A WHILE).

Graviton in Ant Man would be interesting. It would be the automatic link between Ant Man and MCU without Nick Fury having to show up after the credits end.

lol yeah right.

There isn't any villain that is bigger than Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet except for godlike beings such as Beyonder and Galactus, so I don't see why we shouldn't use Gravitron.

For one thing, his name's not Gravitron. Second, because it's not a strong enough character to warrant being the villain of his own movie, especially after having been defeated by SHIELD a couple times in AOS on TV. You don't follow up Thanos with THAT. What they could do, is use Loki in an Acts of Vengeance storyline and have him gather a Masters of Evil that includes Graviton.

Agents of SHIELD could handle Hall/Graviton in a similar fashion to the way his origin was portrayed in EMH. He was a SHIELD scientist whose powers manifested after an accident/incident, and the agents only managed to subdue and imprison him because he wasn't fully in control yet. Then Fury had him placed in a perpetual coma and locked away to prevent his powers from fully manifesting, knowing that if Hall ever awoke he'd be near unstoppable.

Perhaps Coulson's team confronts a not-fully-powered Hall and defeats him purely by luck. Afterwards, Coulson has to make the hard decision to put Hall in a medically-induced coma and lock him up. That makes Hall not merely a viable opponent for the SHIELD team, but also a looming future threat. If/when he returns as Graviton, SHIELD might have recruited some other "unregistered gifteds" who could help defeat him.

He might not be a house hold name when it comes to Villains, but he is powerful. He controls one of the fundamental forces of the universe. He should dwarf Magneto in terms of what he can do. He just never caught on. Nobody ever really used him. I suspect it's cuz he's Canadian. You just can't take a Canadian supervillain seriously. :o

He was pretty badass in EMH. He kicked Thor, Hank, Janet, and IM's asses. It took all of them ganging up on him, as well as the Hulk showing up, to finally beet him. And Thor had to destroy a significant portion of the city to deal the decisive blow. He's pretty damn cool.

I suspect that the real reason Graviton went relatively undeveloped in the comics is that he is too powerful. How can you defeat someone who has complete control of gravity? The few times Graviton did show up he was a really great villain, though.

Then he got killed off panel by the Mandarin.

Powers got nothing to do with it. Thanos is proof of that. They just didn't use him.

The EMH approach could work in an Avengers movie, have him broken out of his prison - and holding cell - at the beginning of a movie causing the Avengers to assemble and eventually bring him down (with a fair bit of collatoral damage) and while they are distracted, this would allow the real villain or villains of the movie, who let him escape (perhaps a rogue robot AI) to set up some other scheme that causes a real threat.

Man I hope I can see Agents of SHIELD at work tuesday. I'll find out tonight when I'm there. they have dish, but about a week ago they updated some of the College's monitors and not sure they still get tv or not because what is displayed can't be changed.

hmm....if she's not playing a hero or a villain or even an evil scientist, maybe Ruth Negga as a certain Cellist?

I'm hoping this is at least a well written story, the concept of this just sounds so boring :/

Yes, a series focused on the most elite spy agency in the world kicking ass sounds so boring. By the way, how do those Bond and Bourne films do?

eeeee it's almost here! it's almost here!!! AHH!!

ok sorry...had to get that out.

Not only that, but said series being set in a world with billionaires wearing advanced suits of armor, Norse deities, giant green monsters field by rage, and scrawny beanpoles turned into muscular super-soldiers who fight for America. That's boring, right? ;)

Cool new bts promo. They tour the Bus a little: [YT]m1peU3o0V6w[/YT]

So excited for tomorrow!

Hope they re-show it while Peyton-sama is going to work. Was taking a nap during the pregame show.
