Alcohol thread

OH!! NOW THIS IS A THREAD!! HOW DID I MISS THIS! I been drinking the hell out this lately...

hehe i drank it long ago, but started back! this %^& is GOOD!

oh and "sad " i think naught! that's what some of the comments from some of the people on here i seen are!... but drinking Alcohol is never sad!:cwink:
 
I'm sipping on a 12 year single malt scotch right now. Talk about perfection

Is it a premiere brand? I am interesting in trying it. Speaking of absinthe, I have (for the moment) given up trying to secure a bottle of Mansinthe, due to the rarity and obscene prices present in liquor stores that are states away from my location. One day, dammit, one day...
 
I like spicy, "thick" red wine to meat.

For fish, it should be white :)

Hmmm...not sure how I missed this thread.

I've been trying to get into wines of late. There are some great wineries near where I live, but I'll always enjoy a White Russian or B52 any day of the week.

it cost me some dough to get Jonathan. i use to drink it when i was in the military stationed in europe i found a distributor that was close to the brand i use to drink while i was there and ordered it! it's not the orginal " green fairy" like Toulouse latrec and those guys use to drink( i think that stuff is illegal! which is kinda of a drag) but it 's has the wormwood!3 glasses and it's PARTY TIME!!
 
I never was much of a drinker. I tried a sip of Guinness once, but it was terrible. My first alcoholic drink was a "virgin screwdriver", made from vodka and Sunny Delight by an old girlfriend.

I've been drunk exactly once in my life, and its not something I ever want to go through again. I don't drink at all now, because it would make my epilepsy medication toxic. I don't even have much of a desire for it anymore, especially since I remember what alcoholism does to people.

I think she just made it up at the time, since we were switching one element for an alternative. I got tipsy after just a few sips, probably because residual medicine was in my system (doctors had told me to hold off on Tegretol for 48 hours before drinking). Anyway, I didn't finish it, and still got really sick the next morning. Needless to say, I haven't gotten drunk since.

lol...I understand the name now...lol.

Drinking isn't for everyone and shouldn't be. LOL...when I was younger I ordered a virgin Pina Colada and the waitress brought me a real one. I was 12. I took one sip and spit it out. It was so nasty to me then and it didn't taste the way I was used to.
 
I imagine it taste god awful but from what I read the FDA approval was a mistake and it isn't going to be sold here in the states. I truly think they saved lives with that call since you know kids would be snorting it like nobodies business
 
Hahaha... I'm sipping on some Moscato. Have fun, DJ, just not too much fun.
