We have the amalgamated 'Ask MSJ (Complete History)' thread, but I felt we could do with a spankin' new one should Mark pop in.

I would ask that all questions be civil. This isn't the thread to use for slagging the man or the movie off. It's for answers.

Here we go:

Hey Mark, a DVD store website is listing an extended cut of the movie for release at the same time as the theatrical cut in June. Can you please confirm this? And, if this is true, can you elaborate on its contents and explain why, as I believe you said a while back that there wouldn't be a need for one.

Lads. I believe that his answer was that there would not be a director's cut as there was with DareDevil.

An extended cut would be essentially the same movie but with extra scenes.

Could we be that lucky Mark?
