I truly loved MOS. I am a massive superman fan and one thing I've always wanted to see was superman throw down on the big screen and I believe Snyder truly delivered on those action sequences. Seeing them first time in cinema, and even now, still has that wow factor. I don't understand the hatred it gets, I know its not a perfect movie, but its good and for me it delivered a 21st century superman.

I hope it's a little more than that. Maybe a inbetween of TDK teaser and the incredible BB teaser (or the MoS teaser).

Wow that's great.

And agreed I want more than a voice trailer. Won't do much for me without some kind of footage.

At first glance, it looks like the temple-looking building has columns but it's really just unfinished wooden beams.

The finished facade on these towers look like gray concrete.

It's a good location for getting pictures. Will be interesting to see if they try to hide certain filming and how they manage it. This place is wide open and there's mesas around it

Maybe they will park buses on all the mesas :woot:

Heck I work from home and could just pick up and drive to NM from Cali if I knew for sure I'd snap some pics of Gal in the suit. I'd probably end up getting arrested, though, so... LOL.

Thanks again, Sith. So the casting sheets called for tall athletic women, I guess?

Someone mentioned in the Gal threads that it's very cold in NM. I checked and it dips to the 30s at night. I guess this is a chance for Gal to prove her acting prowess, imagining tropical temps in freezing weather. :-)

I also always wanted to see a tougher Superman. Action like this, throwing down. With that i was pleased. Even though i felt it went on for far too long (the crashing etc). But the reason why it gets such hate, and nitpicking from me, is because of the writing. It's kind of a mess.

I-10 east and you're good, haha.

Yeah, it's horribly cold here with this cold front that hit the entire southwest a few days ago. Was one degree yesterday morning with the wind chill...one degree!! Supposed to warm back up though.

Casting call sheets for the extras I saw only specifically mentioned variety of skin tones, ethnicities

It's more Paul Giamatti than Texan. :o

What Texas accent? I don't remember him saying anything like "why ya'll so serious?"

Can someone please tell what a "21st century Superman" is supposed to mean? Aside from prettier and more stunning visual effects?

Probably has a little to do with who he was at the top of the last century
...comparison wise.

1. Its Teh Serious.

2. Superman punching someone in the face

3. A more vulnerable, human Superman...basically, a Superman similar to a Marvel Character.

4. Superman punching someone in the face

5. A Complex Villain who believes that what he's doing is right

6. Superman punching someone in the face

7. The erasure of anything Donner related...but only in a superficial sense. Donner plays an influence on modern Superman, but we must not be reminded of that.

8. Superman punching someone in the face.

Haha, I do remember the "Texan accent" comments when the TDK teaser was out.

Ledger had a Texan accent in TDK? Good Lord, now I've heard everything. Those must have been dark days for the hype.

My heart when in my throat for a second. All that registered was "Snyder is latest suspect..." and I was like, "Great... We are NEVER seeing this movie now. " :word:

:funny: waiting for a film shouldn't be this stressful. Haha.

I don't get it. Why are people complaining about the Wayne death scene being filmed again? :shr:

We've seen it... A LOT. Sometimes with the Bat mythos it's like you are being hit over the head with it, to the point that it can almost be comical. Why do you think that "Batman smacks Robin while proclaiming his parents are dead" thing became a meme?

god i hope that means we'll get to see gadot in her costume. i want to see it in its full glory.

Why are people complaining so much about people complaining about the Wayne death scene so much?:oldrazz:
