Whoa, I had no idea Smith was in Winter's Tale. I heard so many bad things about it that I never bothered watching it.

He was left out of the marketing for a reason. He has the most memorable part in the movie and it's basically a cameo. :hehe:

LOL, I just googled the scene he was in. What accent is Crowe supposed to be doing in that movie?

Smith also had a cameo in Anchorman 2, iirc.

I'm sorry, but there is nothing in this interview that tells me he will show up in the cinematic universe. :oldrazz:

I'm glad it will nevah happen.

Means nothing, honestly.

I'm glad he talked about the WB announcement and how they handled it like **** (regarding the Flash movie).

Smith as Captain Boomerang is pretty a cool idea.

I'm excited at the prospect of Will Smith as Deadshot.
As Captain Boomerang, not so much. :oldrazz:

I don't know if Captain Boomerang is the kind of character the studio would bother getting precious over.

But there is no point in using Boomerang at all, in that respect. His character is basically that he is Australian and he throws boomerangs. You know why he throws boomerangs? Because he's Australian.

Smith as Captain Boomerang is pretty a cool idea.

It's a pretty bizarre idea.

Jon Peters couldn't get his giant spider in a Superman movie but he got one in Wild Wild West.

Oh, this is Wild Wild West... My bad, for some reason I thought it's a Django manip. :woot:

Nevah lawd mayne. Whew, there are many nuances to impersonating how Jackson would speak in text form ;) Oh lawwwwwwwwwwwd mayne!

He was going to be in Django, but he turned down the role because Quentin didn't want him for the lead role. He also turned down the chance to play Neo in the Matrix to star in WWW.

Yup. because casting a black guy as a redheaded white guy with a thick Australian accent makes alot of sense.

Especially when you (allegedly) have an Aussie actor signed to the film.

Yeah I know, that's why I said "I still can't believe he turned down the role for the reason he did." :cwink:

And for the same reason I though it was a manip of him in the role of Dr. King Shultz as a joke to that.

Didn't know about the Matrix though.
