Nah... I'll still let you all know that speaking about stuff that's rumored at this point as if you have a copy of the shooting script as unwise. Cuz it is.

I like to not pretend I know what's going on in a highly secretive film production. Crazy, yes.

None of us are pretending that we have some secret script if that's what you're getting at. We're speculating. That's what we do here 80 percent of the time, besides talking about an official casting. You're a strange one.

I like to travel the internet, posting in forums, always beginning by declaring that I am "speaking as a [title signifying advanced level of experience or expertise in relevant field]", but never showing much understanding of my specialist subject, or any grammatical proficiency.

It makes me feel good.

Uh... Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiggggghhhht. Except you aren't speculating, you are telling others this IS what's going to happen. Horses and color and all that. All I'm saying is that acting like any pet theory is a a lock is putting the cart before the horse at this point with no trailer or official looks at anything. You wanna call that strange, feel free to. I'll let the reading public out there decide for themselves.

When i answered theShape with "yup, you'll see" i was joking. None of us know what's going on.

What are you even talking about?

I think Roach already made a thread for that somewhere around here.lol

Yes I did.

I don't believe any of these leaks. This movie has become the very meaning of media black out...even showing up Mr. J.J. Abrams

At the end of the day, the only semi-factual things that are fueling this "death" debate are:

1. Pictures of a superman statue.

2. Reports of Ben, Amy, Diane, and Fishburne filming at SV cemetery, without Cavill.

3. Cavill saying that he loves the death arc.

I explained why it would be earned.

Will it happen? Maybe not. Maybe this movie ends with the entire League. But i do believe Doomsday is in this. How is a statue earned at the start of Bats vs Supes? IMO it isn't. He didn't earn it. But to be honest, i dont like any statue or funeral crap anyhow because it just reminds me of Dark Knight Rises. Which i've said in the past. See, now it's coming back to me lol.

Well, I mean, Superman is a good alien who literally saved the entire planet from a group of evil aliens, and he's likely continued to ave a presence as a force for good in Metropolis. If that doesn't earn you a statue, I don't know what does. He'd at least have to get a park bench dedicated to him.

The point of the movie does not have to be about bringing Bats and Supes together while on screen. We all want some kind of handshake or nod at the end, but it doesn't need to happen. Respect between the two could be earned and Superman could be "killed" off at the end. Which would trigger the Justice League.

We don't really know what the point of the movie is, but there are much more clever ways to show the earned respect between Batman and Superman than one of them getting killed off. Also, I don't think the Justice League should be born out of tragedy. Many people complain that DC's films are too dark. The birth of the Justice League should be somewhat of a positive experience, and Superman should certainly play a role in the League's inception. It shouldn't be a reaction to a death.

I posted before, that I am open to a "downer ending". I'm open to a DOS riff, even "Batman forms the League". I am just also open to none of that happening, since concrete details are hard to come by. We still have Jesse's freakin' hair style up in the air, with our only "proof" on that a BTS table read pic from NOW YOU SEE ME 2.

The person who reported filming at the SV cemetery said he saw both Henry and Affleck shooting scenes..

A day after filming wrapped and the internet echochamber has already started. 472 days.
