Also, Mark Hughes responded to my "BvS teaser before the Hobbit" speculation saying " Well I didn't say it WILL air for sure next week, just that I've heard buzz that it would & I believe it will. I still think so."

Posted yesterday.

AKA I guessed and the **** aint coming

I don't think we'll see the trailer next week...we will see it this summer though

Say what you will about Keaton, but thanks to his "I'm Batman", it's become part of the brand no matter the iteration. That alone deserves some respect, if only for its impact and longevity. It's very much like "Bond. James Bond.". It's a staple of the character now.

oh man I respect him as an actor, I don't like him as Batman AT ALL but this is some serious bad ass ****.

I think for anyone who grew up in that era, Keaton will ALWAYS be Batman.

He may be Batman but he's certainly not Bruce Wayne. And im not even sure if i can call Keaton THE Batman since he murdered like it was no problem. Man, i love Keaton though. He killed it in Birdman.

I can't see it, he is just not Batman or Bruce Wayne, I have a lot of respect, I loved his movies when I was kid, but I grew up with Kilmer and Clooney and then I knew that Keaton doesn't look right :)

I dig his Bruce Wayne but it's not even Bruce Wayne to me. I like it cuz i like Keaton playing that quirky character he usually plays. His Batman had moments that were seriously unbeatable. But he murdered, and that hurts it for me. But i guess that's the writing. So maybe he is the best batman out there so far. Affleck will be better in every way though. That's what i think. There's zero chance that Keaton comes close to Bale as Bruce though. Only Affleck can challenge that part of the role.

I don't even want to compare Bale's level of performance to Keaton's, two totally different things.

It's not about performance. I prefer Bale in that respect but they were both great. At least Keaton was in his first movie. But Bale played Bruce Wayne to me, just a more human version, but still Bruce. And he looked like him. Keaton not only didn't look like him, i dont think he was really playing Bruce Wayne. It doesn't feel like Bruce to me other than when he's thinking of his parents getting murdered.

Anyways Keaton is probably just joking.

There is no such thing as THE Batman... Keaton's take was as valid as anyone else's, killing or not.

This may have been phased out, but it's still apart of the character's history and a director is entitled to utilize it if they want.

Right on.

I never said it wasn't valid. I dig it, always have. Him as Batman especially. Keaton in that cape and cowl. But a Batman who murders like it's nothing is not THE Batman to me (those last two words are the key).

I have no problem saying Keaton was nevah my Batman/Bruce Wayne. I was never a fan of Burton's version. I love Michelle as Selina though.

Who incidentally had the role which is probably the most "out of character", next to DeVito's Penguin. The performance was so damn lovable and powerful though it didn't even matter.

Performances like that are the exception to my preference of faithfulness to the source.

Kung Fu Panda 3 moved to March 18, 2016. Means nothing for BvS domestically (especially since Panda 2 was a major underperformer at the domestic box office), can be a problem at the China box office as Kung Fu Panda is a Transformers level juggernaut in China.

It is interesting that all movies trying to schedule themselves between SW7 and BvS right now, especially from Valentine's day onward. April 2016 is empty since no one wants to be stuck in the 5 weeks between BvS and Civil War.
