I missed a bit and don't feel like going back. Can someone tell me why all of a sudden there's so much John Stewert as GL talk? Is there a rumor or confirmation that Stewert will be the GL of the JL for the DCCU?

Tyrese posted a a manip of himself as Green Lantern on his Twitter/Instagram with the words "rumor has it that".

They've done terrible things with Felicity this season. I loved how quirky and upbeat she was in the first session, but now all she does is cry all of the time. what are they thinking??

She believes one of the most important people in her life to be dead. Why should she continue to be upbeat and quirky in these circumstances?

If you're also referring to her getting emotional earlier in the season for other reasons, then I kind of agree with you, but I don't think they've gone overboard with it.

Anyone read this series?

I'm reading these titles nowadays, nice fun adventures.

Was that the one with Maxie Zeus and Lex team up? I had that comic as a kid.

Speaking of BTAS... look what DC Collectibles is doing....

Being upset that Ollie is dead give her no excuse to act like a jerk. And he acted as exactly that to both Team Arrow and Ray Palmer.

Finally! A baseless rumor not started by Eh Maybe. :)

Seriously though, I can see it happening. With two prior/current co-stars in the DCCU, his name could easily be reaching the right ears.

But damn he is so not Stewert material.

^ They were shut down like a week or two before filming I think. All the cast were here in Australia and "about to go", so I imagine it was all finalized. As far as the accuracy of the costumes, the only things I'd heard was that Superman was "very alien" and than Batman's involved "carbon fibre and pistons".

I'm desperate to see those costumes, too.

Question, were they ACTUALLY going to call the movie Justice League: Mortal? Just seems like such an odd title for the very first Justice League film.

That was probably the weirdest villain in a Batman/Superman comic I ever saw. I mean Lex with Maxie Zeus? You're really picking for the bottom of the Batman villains barrel.

Still dat mullet Superman

Agree to disagree, but I feel like all she does is cry anymore. She's no longer my favorite character on the show, which is getting far too dramatic for my taste. I prefer the Flash just out of sheer entertainment value and its lack of drama.

Not the bottom, it's not like they chose someone like Cluemaster.

I agree. It became like a teen drama all of the sudden. I can't get into this season even with The Atom or Ra's. The Flash is dramatic and entertaining with its twists and turns. It's doing very well. I enjoy it.

Tyrese is going to need a mask to cover that big ass forehead :woot:

Exactly. I mean, it's the CW. Drama is their bread and butter, and Arrow was always a drama first and foremost, but they're pushing it too far. The beginning of the last episode was great, in my opinion. They were working as a team, and there was quite a bit of humor and some great action. Then it showed waaaaaaay down. The Flash has really opened my eyes to what the Arrow is lacking. Not that Flash is perfect by any means; the dialogue is insufferable sometimes, but it's very engaging.

She does not cry "all the time", that is a huge exaggeration, and the few times (twice, IIRC) she did it was entirely appropriate.

This.

The only issue with her is that, when she does get emotional, she has the habit of being a jerk.

It's a perfectly good reason. People who are normally upbeat and nice can be jerks when they are that upset and in mourning, It happens all the time and the ones who love them know this and forgive their bad behavior.

I agree about the Flash being the better of the two shows this season.

Felicity was never my favourite character, but I don't mind her at all.
