So, looking at the recent images of the logo, from the crew jacket, the coins, fisher's and Tao's BvS shirt, the logo is different from the one they released officially..maybe they were in hurry and released that as a placeholder? The new one fits perfectly the batfleck's one on the suit..maybe they'll release the right one sooner or later.

Yeah dude and that's a bullcrap rumour based on Cavill and Shannon meeting up at a club one night in Detroit. :funny:

No, but people don't want to discuss it because its blatantly BS. However, its an interesting rumor to peel a part and analyze IMO.

Didn't someone say the trailer was coming out in 2 days about a week ago? How's that going?

The trailer will be rumored to be attached to every upcoming movie so eventually someone will be right and claim they have an inside source.

If we don't get any news about a teaser being attached to Jupiter Ascending by Friday then forget it.

Are you thinking about the tweet that a teaser is coming 2-3 days before the end of the month or 2-3 days into the next ?

Rapunzel, you see no difference between Cooper making easy money by sitting in a sound proof room speaking into a microphone as opposed to spending four months physically filming a grueling visual effects heavy action film?

Green Lantern is a C-list character coming off of a horrendously received film. Cooper doesn't need Reynolds sloppy seconds.

Um....I was talking career impact, Spidey. Playing Rocket Raccoon, a D-List character nobody in the GA knew about is not less absurd than playing GL, a character people know. That's what I meant when I said I see no difference. Neither is sillier than than the other as a career choice.

As for GL being grueling and voice work being easy money, I think that's ignoring that a) good voice work is a skill. and b) B Coop clearly has no problem with grueling shoots, as he was willing to play GL previously.

I also think calling GL Ryan R's sloppy seconds is wrong; GL has a much bigger history than one crappy movie. By your standards, Bale should never have played Batman because he didn't need Clooney's sloppy seconds for his career.
But guess what? Bale didn't care about following up a lousy film because he trusted that he could do something quality, which he did.
Bradley Cooper might just feel the same way, ever think of that? Everything he's touching is turning to gold right now; he might want a crack at reviving GL, the character he almost had before.

But it's all probably a moot point as Marvel will likely keep him to themselves. I just don't think it's as impossible as you make it out to be.

He wasn't. He went into more details in another interview. He literally didn't get the job because he went Bale on it.
I've seen the interview where he talked about it. Funny anecdotes like that are often juiced up for talk shows.

Green Lantern isn't Batman or Superman popular. Of course most actors regardless of status would kill to play Batman, that's why Ben Affleck is playing Batman. You can't apply the same rules to Green Lantern.

Voice work requires talent of course but it is not the same as filming a live action big budget film.

2009 or 2010 Bradley Cooper auditioned for Green Lantern, that's not the Bradley Cooper we are talking about. We are now talking about a 4 time Oscar nominee on a big winning streak at the box office. Who says he is still interested in a tainted Green Lantern?

WOW... thats a NICE post.

Rapunzel is smart and I love her but I couldn't disagree with her more on this particular issue.

Yup Green Lantern is not popular as Superman or Batman. but people recoganize him. Thats why that pathetic movie made $200 mn. So what if he is interested in the NEW GL of THE ZNYDER??:whatever:

Actually is there any rumour that he is interested in it other than the fan casting??

It's not that I don't get where you're coming from, Spidey. I just don't see how playing a gun toting raccoon is any more prestigious than GL.

Really, I think your dislike of GL and the Reynolds movie is making you exaggerate how beneath Cooper the GL role is.

If anything, now is a perfect time for an award level actor to take a role like GL. Oscar winners and nominees such as Bale, Leto, Hardy, Cumberbatch, RDJ, Amy, Laurence Fishburne, Viola Davis, Margot Robbie,Will Smith, Anthony Hopkins, Hugh Jackman, Micheal Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, etc. are taking on CBM roles, and boosting/making their careers off those roles.

I'm sorry, girl, but B Coop ain't better than those people, and I doubt he'd really think or act like he's above the GL role.

Just my 2 cents, of course.

I agree Cooper isn't any better than those actors, that still doesn't mean that he is interested in Green Lantern. Green Lantern isn't the only comicbook character left to play. It's not Green Lantern or nothing. Also I do like John Stewart as Green Lantern.

Simon Baz should be the cinematic Green Lantern not Hal,John, Guy or Kyle.

If done right, Green Lantern should be Guardians of the Galaxy on steroids
