Sorry dude the Momoa and Cavill pic is more recent the Snyder, Cavil, Gadot pic is from last comic con.Oh, okay. I thought they had met up recently or something.
To his point, though: With those examples you mentioned, have things actually gone stale? I don't think I've ever watched an X-men movie and thought to myself, "Not Magneto again." As long as a character's role/inclusion serves a valid purpose in the narrative, I don't mind. You do need to introduce additional characters, though, so it's not just the one antagonist being focused on. In other words, if you're looking to feature Joker in multiple films, be sure to give him some interesting new friends to play with.
Not even during X-Men 3: We Have Run Out of Ideas?
Don't get me wrong; Magneto is awesome when written well. But I remember specifically thinking when I watched that movie, "Couldn't we have gotten a new big bad?" They hinted that the Phoenix Force would be a major factor and it wasn't. They wouldn't even touch characters like Apocalypse at that point. Instead, we just got Magneto and a bunch of a**holes.
Same thing with the overuse of Lex Luthor. When they were making MOS, people were saying "don't use Lex again" and "save Lex for a sequel" (which they ultimately did). And that's a shame that Lex was seen as overused, especially since the versions of him we've gotten on film were never really all that great.
But yeah, I go agree that you can keep bringing villains back if you can find new and interesting ways to use them. I'm just saying that you need to be careful if you're going to do that because after a while it can feel stale.

No one sleep! Tomorrow could mean 12:00AM

Casting news probably, perhaps including who's playing Deathstroke.Any guesses as to what Ayer will drop? I doubt he'd be the one to announce and hype casting news but I think thats the only thing theyd have to show other then concept art.
Wasn't Leto tweeting about being in Detroit? Just sayin.
i dont believe he is going to teas casting... its something even bigger!
