I would bet that Flash will cameo in BVS. They did bother to cast and announce him so far in advance, and it's the same logic as introducing Aquaman, WW or Cyborg. They're cramming in all the others, why not him? Unless JL features his origin and he's powerless during BVS. But even two seconds of the guy would be enough to get people excited about him as Flash.

Even if he's not in costume - I think he'll show up in a crowd or in a scene in regular clothes.

Same here, we've been punked too many times. This is why I no longer pay attention to what Gabriel Gray says.

WB will most likely release the trailer end of April/ start of May. Anything earlier, even a pic, is a bonus.

They said they would talk about BvS and SS news some time this season. I am guessing their season is like 4 months. DC All Access has nothing to do with WB as far as I am concerned. They are probably told stuff but they will never drop an exclusive nor have they ever said they would drop an exclusive. People like to hear things that are never said.

it's a safe bet that Barry Allen will have a cameo in BvS. I think Aquaman and Cyborg will have slightly larger roles, but still I think The Flash will have a cameo in BvS. Maybe he won't be in costume though
