Batman jumps to death.
but good poster.
I am more interested in the RDJ level sized heels that Bats is sporting.

I don't mean to come off that way. The problem here is the apathy and ignorance towards Green Lantern. this place is comprised of Batman and Superman fans that are generally apathetic and ignorant towards GL, so someone has to represent the character. I've got a good grasp on the mythology and not many other people here seem to.As a long time fan of this stuff, and I mean LONG, I saw SUPERMAN: THE MOVE in theaters when I was two years old, I LOVE that you are into this mythology Mr. R. Really. I love both, but seeing passionate fans for DC is always great given that, frankly, Marvel doesn't need any help these days with film and tv. But... You have a tendency to let your enthusiasm trump any wise judgment. You jump the gun alot and do come off too often as though you are the only "true believer" and authority on GL or a whatever topic at hand... I can't help it, but that sort of thing always sticks in my craw and tends to set me off. Apologies, but that's my view.
dae watch/listen to man of steel or the dark knight every other night to fall asleep?
the dark knight rises is my go to movie if I want to fall asleep really fast

Now that Sony f'ed up Spider-man, WB should snatch up Emma Stone and Dane DeHaan.
lol, has anyone suggested Jamie Foxx for John Stewart?
Let me guess: You only make it through the first six minutes?
That explains why you treat CIA like the big guy of the movie.![]()
BB and TDK are literal 10/10 movies for me.
but **** TDKR. John Blake should've been Dick Grayson. Selina Kyle should've had a better costume. The death of Dick's parents should've gotten Bruce out of retirement.
and one last controversial thought on the movie:
If Heath was still alive, he would've been in TDKR, and it would've been a WAY better movie. TDKR is good not great. A REAL Robin, not an imposter like John Blake, along with the Joker could've propelled TDKR to 10/10 status
I loved that movie when it came out, but when i watch it now it's easily the worst of the entire series.
This is genius. Not kidding.Emma Stone for Barbara Gordon, and Dehaan for Jason Todd.
Am I in the minority of people that doesn't ever want to see Robin on the big screen in the capacity of actually venturing out with Bruce?

If it's like the Nolan series, then yes, it wouldn't make much sense, but if its more fantastical(which I hope this universe is), than I would love to see a proper Robin. Why not?Am I in the minority of people that doesn't ever want to see Robin on the big screen in the capacity of actually venturing out with Bruce?

Dick Grayson is the man. I will be depressed if we don't see him on film. I urge you to read Dark Victory and Robin Year One ASAP.Am I in the minority of people that doesn't ever want to see Robin on the big screen in the capacity of actually venturing out with Bruce?
Credit to our very own Kalmart.
When this happens on the big screen, I shall cry.

I do think Batfleck will be an isolated individual when we first meet him. But as he develops, relationships may be mended. So I think it would be a shame to airbrush Robin and the other Batfamily out of the films for fear of 'camp'. We can still have solo Batman missions, perhaps with Robin tagging along every so often ala BTAS. The Arkham series also managed to integrate Robin in AC and the comics. I think he definitely adds something to the Batman universe. For example I appreciate how B66 Batman passes on his knowledge to the next generation and serves the role of a father. We might be a minority, but I'm with you. I'm just not that into Robin. I prefer batman to be a lone wolf sort of character when he's not with the JL and even his JL interactions require effort to flow smoothly.
