It wouldn't surprise me. Nolan would usually finish his movies around the same time (November) and have an initial cut by now.

He's talking about BvS and apparently they'll be watching it with no score.

They are probably talking about the rough cut.

Besides they are bound to see the whole movie to score the damn thing.

Haha true that. How odd it would be to watch a film with no score at all...

And why would Zimmer watch Mad Max? I don't think he's scoring the music for that movie.

In the meantime, it's good to know this movie does in fact exist! :DV:

omg.

so all film needs is to get scored and maybe a few more edits and it'll just be sitting there. torturing us for months.

Our punishment must be more severe, I say.

they could've released the movie in july. but we have to wait 11 months.

Not that surprised. WB have a major catalog of movies completed and ready for release before time. Man from UNCLE and Mad Max have been completed for close to an year before release. Pan has been completed for almost 8 months now, Tarzan will be completed a year before release. WB like having their release pipeline in case an opportunity shows itself.

I doubt all the vfx will be done. Hopefully they will be working on it up until the release!

I don't think that will happen but......I want it.

That is almost a guarantee. They will submit a rough cut with unfinished VFX, or basic VFX for rating purposes once the first cut of the movie is done and get their PG-13 rating.

If someone offered to let me sit in on the screening, it would be a tough choice to make.

On the one hand I don't want to wait a year for this movie, the hype is too much.

On the other hand it would be less impressive without completed vfx and score.

Tough call.
