The one thing I find REALLY suspect is [BLACKOUT]Superman outright "beating" Batman. I have a hard time believing WB would go that route... It would be re-freshing but I doubt that they'd "Job" Bats like that[/BLACKOUT].

Not if it's done right and Batman clearly wants to see if the boy scout is willingly capable of killing him...I can dig it. I bet they do. I don't think it ends in some sort of tie. Also, Snyder wouldn't make his superman second fiddle.

it didn't say Batman was easily defeated or one sided fight, but that at the end of the fight..Superman would have the upper hand. I have no issues with that.

I agree. This actually sounds like it could be legit. And I immediately remembered Cavill's answer to question why Superman wouldn't just kill Batman in an instant - "If Superman is Superman, which he is, he wouldn't". It goes in line with this.
I like this approach. It plays on both characters' strengths and weaknesses. I do wonder if it means that Batman has a death wish like in TDKR or is he just that good in psychological profiling and was certain that Supes wouldn't do it...?
