I'm of the idea that it's initially just one OMAC, and an army of them + the main villain (my bet on Brainiac) for JL
Haha there is a youtube video now?!
He does lay out our theory and credits the forum as well. Is he also with cosmic news as well or is that different?
Any examples?
He's out for blood i tell ya.
Here's my trusty shotgun my pappy gave me in his last dying breath.
Aim true good sir.![]()
See what y'all have done?!?
OMAC mother****ers!
LOL! Thanks but I cannot accept such great responsibility, I am not worthy.
But seriously, I just checked this dude's twitter and he went on like a 10 tweet rant about this! Lol! The fact that he felt he needed to spend that much energy for one little random post on a forum says so much about that guy and just confirms how full of **** he is.![]()
Any examples?
Scarecrow was going to be in Batman 5, shows up in Batman Begins. Zod was going to be in Superman Returns 2, is the bad guy in MOS.
I think it happens because executives and creators are sold on what makes the villain marketable and engaging, and the potential of the new villain is engaging enough to stay in new scripts.
OMAC isn't that bad of a bad guy; but keep Maxwell Lord the hell away from Big Bad territory ; he sucks at that job.
What if they want to make it one neck snap per film?

I recently re-read the Justice League: Mortal script and (spoilers) at the end the League team up against the OMACs and they have to work really hard not to hurt the humans inside the OMAC machines. They have to find ways to destroy the metal outside. Then there is the "evolution OMAC", which is twice the size of the other cyborgs, the main host- it is called the OMAC ULTRA and takes over Barry Allen, who has to sacrifice his life in order to destroy it.

They already have.

Could be.
Let's say something like this:
Luthor, using genetic material from Zod, makes a mindless monster that is controlled using LexOS. Not an AI per se, it requires commands.
Justice League rolls around and LexOS evolves into OMAC, a military project designed to enhance soldiers to superhuman levels. Maybe the government isn't quite ready to trust the heroes quite yet or maybe they just want their own people in the game. But the AI is simple, only meant to help the soldiers manage their powers, not control them.
So then we have Brainiac, who finds planets that are on the verge of making AI, and does his thing. He takes over the OMAC and uses them to try and destroy the Earth. Reasons could be anything. He's an AI and doesn't like competition. He could be afraid AI will take over the universe. He could just see AI as the pinnacle of intelligent development and uses that as his time to document and destroy a civilization.
I think genetic for the prototype makes sense because Superman could too easily destroy a robot, even if it was made using Kryptonian materials (didn't stop him punching holes in Black Zero or the World Engine). Adding Kryptonite could slow him down, but not Wonder Woman. But if the OMAC had humans in them in the sequel, it would make it interesting because the JL couldn't just tear them apart, they would need to save the people in the OMAC as well, which raises the stakes and makes it so much more interesting than, as I said before, Superhero team takes down robots.
Scale of 1 to livid, how mad would you guys be if OMAC isn't anywhere in this film?
I wouldn't be mad. I just like the theory and think it covers some of our questioning aspects of previous theories. It could still be something else of course.Scale of 1 to livid, how mad would you guys be if OMAC isn't anywhere in this film?

The possibilities of OMAC storyline, and how it works with Waller, etc... pretty good idea to go with regardless of what happens.I would be disappointed if there's nothing else that makes up for what could have been with OMAC. I will be a little mad if it is, in fact, Doomsday.
