The Batman dodging the Heat-vision blast isn't in the armoured suit. I believe the final confrontation between Bats and Supes will be when Bats is in his armour. So it follows, as also evidenced from the backdrop and its positioning in the trailer, the shot is from the third act, and it's actually Batman dodging a heat blast/ vision from the physical threat. Quite possibly, Doomsday.

Also, when Clark made the tunnel to the scout ship he either had to roll his eyes the whole way or he adjusted the size of the beam.

I think the ribbed outline of the tunnel and seeing Clark move his head in rotation at the end of the tunnel proves that he didn't blast a hole the size of the tunnel, but rather, as you say, rolled his eyes.

What kind of error are you getting? Is your version of Adobe Flash up to date? That could be the problem.
