Eh kids dress up as serial killers, people eating monsters, and undead creatures. None of it is child friendly. The little girl isn't in anything less than what a little girl might wear for a dance recital. Ultimately just depends on whether or not the parents framed the whole thing properly for her.

Eh, this DCEU's Batman brands and severely beats criminals, whilst its Superman has literally snapped someone's neck. If we're judging costume appropriateness based on code of conduct, DC wouldn't be very popular in the next coming years.

It's all fantasy, I'd very much doubt it has any ill-effects on these children who from their perspective are just playing dress-up.

Yeah, it's not like they chose the Joker costume thinking of him as being a pimp. It's just a kid dressing as the Joker currently looks, same for Harley.
