I always loved that scene on JL

It's great for me since it shows a practical and not paranoid Batman.

I really want Batman to beat Superman's ass in the fight. He needs to be humbled and put in his place.

Maybe we didn't watch the same movie, but where in MoS was Supes acting proud? If anything he was the poster-child of modesty.

It's during the Congress hearing. Scoot McNairy's character, reportedly named "Wallace", is called to testify. Luthor has covered his medical expenses after he lost his legs in the Battle of Metropolis, and apparently embedded a bomb in Wallace's wheelchair, which goes off while Superman is giving his statement, killing Wallace, Senator Finch and multiple other politicians, police officers, military personnel, journalists and civilians, all which are blamed on Superman. It's the incident that pushes Batman over the edge in believing Superman must be dealt with before he directly or indirectly causes more destruction.

So, I guess we can, kinda, discount any one who claimed to have seen it and made a claim about who Malone's playing.

Unless they saw earlier cuts of the film, which would make sense for test screenings.

Ok, so I'm just gonna assume everything I've read that wasn't mentioned in the ew article is pure rumour.

He's a spoiled rich brat, i'm sure his more "more level headed" butler can go fetch him a new one. Plus all he did was rip off the doors. I've driven without doors before, it's quite freeing lol

Batman is the one that needs humbling. A mere human who needs to be put in his place. Which is behind Superman. Superman is the front and center of the JL. Can't have him lose to lower life forms.

No he isn't. Superman saves people from hurricanes, floods, tsunamis and other natural disasters. Batman takes the law into his own hands and beats up alleged criminals. Only one of them is breaking the law and ain't the guy showing his face

I don't think these "spoilers" are that bad, yet. It's stuff you can read in magazines. There hasn't been anything major that I've seen yet. Now, if people start revealing the ending and stuff, then yeah, I'm out.

Nothing in the article is really spolierish for anyone who has watched the trailers or seen the set pics. Hell it even took something (the Knightmare) that was supposedly known and flipped the script on it to the point that now we have no clue what any of it is or means.

Go back to what Snyder said after trailer 2 came out. We think we know based on the few images we have, but there is so much more. We are trying to put together the image with just a few pixels...we dont know how anything plays out except that alliances form because Justice League is coming. We dont know how the final battle goes, we dont know how the "vs" fight goes or concludes, we dont know when the Knightmare happens, who has it or how many times it shows up, we dont know where Lex ends up (though we kind of do) and we dont know how AQ is referenced. We dont even know who McNairy, Mulvey and Malone are playing. (and all rumors seem to be debunked outside of Mulvey)

Think about it, we are 3 weeks from release with all sorts of trailers and TV spots plus articles and we are STILL arguing and debating the same minute details we did after the first trailer was released. It is to the point that people think they are being spoiled by things that arent even major plotpoints! The secrecy on this production is crazy!

Ahhh ok so what your saying is, if Superman has one badass line, that makes him look confident and strong, he needs humbling. But if Batman says something badass or does something, Batman fans start licking the screen and rubbing their nips?. Good logic

this pic is the rifle/grapple you can see it in the background of the robin suit pic posted today and you can see it with the hot toy batman. the pic of armoured batman in the train station is either the spear or the rifle in a case im guessing its the spear in a protective cover from the Kryptonite while bats is setting up a trap for superman.
